When we arrived the parking lot was empty and we thought we may of misread the hours but it was just a slow period. The store is very organized and clean compared to other HF locations we have been to. It was easy to find what we were looking for and the staff was helpful and friendly. We noticed there were a few area which seemed to have low stock but it was way better stocked compared to other HF locations. We had a pleasant experience and will be back. Things to know: -hours are Mon to Sat 8am to 8pm, and Sunday 8:00am to 6pm -check out the clearance table and area near the register (I think might be called managers specials ) for markdowns which DO NOT need the annual HF $30 membership -you have the option of getting an emailed copy of your receipt

After about a year's time I stopped by the store to discuss a concern I had about the carpet shedding in busy areas of use. I was told by the salesman that somebody would call and set up a time to stop out and inspect the carpet. This was never done. After a few months I stopped in the store (Atlas) again and was told the same thing. For the second time, this was not done. After a few more months (for the third time) I contacted Altas again and received the same response and, once again, no contact was made. Apparently we had basically picked up industrial strength version that can be lethal if not applied properly. So dangerous it even comes in a BAG. (Don't judge us, we shed a lot of hair). He knew WAY more than I would ever expect someone to know about this product and cared more about our safety than he was obligated to. 5 stars for this hardware store. We'll definitely be back. Also feel a need to address the comments about this place being rude. I witnessed him interacting with another customer in a very direct no-nonesense way. Not rude AT ALL.
