He has been an incredible help in making sure that I had everything I needed for my metal fabrication business. He. started carrying and keeping extra inventory of supplies for my particular equipment. When I needed other items he quickly ordered them and kept me updated. Whenever I found a legitimate better price for an item, he was able to match it. I couldn't find better service, prices as well as a convenient location. Also as I said in my initial review, I prefer to shop a small business owner location in comparison to one of the large chain welding supply stores that are in the area. I will certainly continue to patronize this store.

Ken was professional, courteous and prompt to our estimate. He listen to what we wanted and worked within our budget. They gave us a time frame of when the work would be started and how long it would take to be completed. They did everything from permitting to pouring cement, framing, screening and running electrical wires. They did it neatly and respectfully to us and our neighbors and they did it on schedule. Thank you 1st choice, especially Ken, Chris & Chris's helper who's name I don recall, we are now enjoying our porch, rain or shine. We have been enjoying our enclosure for over 6 months with no issues at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Be advised that they are a South Carolina Company who at the time did not have a licencsed electrical contractor for NC. I was made aware of this upfront and my electrical contractor was listed on my permit by Ken. Also be aware that Brunswick county requires an as built survey they only resently started enforcing it. This was not on 1st Choice. This added 3 months to final inspect.

Being from out of town, I've visited quite a few Tractor Supply stores, and this was by far one of the cleanest, most organized, and well-maintained locations I've ever been in. The customer service was equally impressive. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize Sam, Dallas, and Julie, who went above and beyond to be helpful. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made an already great shopping experience even better. It's refreshing to walk into a store where you can clearly see the pride taken in both the store and its customers. Clean, organized, welcoming, and exceptional customer service. Kudos to the entire team--and especially Sam, Dallas, and Julie. Employees like these are exactly why Tractor Supply continues to be one of my favorite places to shop.

One of the 2 blow dryers works. Watch for sharp edges on the wash tub. I do like the rubber mats in the tub. They need to supply a mop to help dry up the floor or some rubber mats here too. Brush selection is not good. I recommend you bring your own. The spray nozzle is also broken so either you leave it run or shut off the water. So my recommendation to management is to check for necessary repairs and maintenance daily and correct broken equipment. One of the tables also has the trim wrap falling off.
