I went to Shallote but the original had been mixed in NMB. The Shallote store told me they would get the paint mixed in NMB to ensure a match and get it delivered to Shallote so I wouldn't have to drive to NMB. They did this for me in record time since they are in the middle of our painting. They then gave me a contractor discount on the additional 8 gallons purchased. I went to Spectrum from Sherwin-Williams and was immediately met with a positive problem-solving attitude. Two more trips to Spectrum that including adjusting the color in the one can of paint they sold me and I couldn't be happier with the results. Color is right, sheen is right and paint is right. There was one employee in the store and he was great! On top of all the multitasking he was doing he also managed to answer our questions and help us find the paint and finish! As well as the staff has never painted or knows nothing about painting which it all this store is basically held up by interior decorators. If it wasn't for them pushing Ben Moore this door would not make it. Especially as a contractor this been in business 40 years I've used a lot of there's Satin impervo from Benjamin Moore and these guys want to charge me $90 a gallon and does not even compare to a lot of the products that I use.
