When I found what I wanted, Pat was a big help! He helped me picking out what color I wanted for the sofa, then placed my order. Thanks Pat for your help, because of you we had our first Thanksgiving in our new home. God Bless The Roberson

Ewing Outdoor Supply is a terrible company. I tried them because my landscape guy suggested I…read moreorder my landscape lighting bulbs from them. Their pricing is ridiculously high (almost 8x higher than Home Depot or Lowe's) and their shipping cost equally ridiculous. They charged me greater than $17 for a SINGLE small landscape bi-pin bulb and then charged almost $17 to ship me this single bulb (no, it wasn't an overnight delivery). With tax this little purchase for a little bulb cost me $37. By the way, when you go to their website and find the bulb they reference a "case size of 10 bulbs" leading you to believe you will be receiving this many bulbs. So misleading!!! Shame on me for being fooled by these guys. Don't let it happen to you.

There selection of tile is enormous. There is marble, porcelain, simulated wood, stone, subway and so much more. The tile is on display throughout the store. To help you see how your tile selection will look you can walk through full size bathroom, kitchen and outdoor displays. The Tile Store is a one stop shop for everything tile related. Grout, quality thin set, sealers, trowels, soap holders, backer board and on and on. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable. And there are plenty of them. True southern hospitality. My experience goes like this. My wife and I spent about an hour deciding on the style of stone tile we wanted. The staff informed us how the installers could do the best job. The tile was delivered hassle free and right on time. Our stone was delivered with corners cut from the same lot numbers as the larger tiles, but we were not satisfied with the look. They happily reordered a second set of corners , but we were still unsatisfied. The Tile Store was so gracious. They exchanged all the stone tiles for a different tile and we even got money back. That was our second experience with The Tile Shop. Last year they helped us create a beautiful backsplash in our kitchen. There pricing is very competitive. The service is fantastic. The selection is huge. They will treat you like a good friend.

Kerri was a great communicator since we were living between CA and TN so many times we were talking via email. Our next step in communication has been with Keith who scheduled the delivery and install for us. As of today we have received the items and this week they will be installed. Our delivery came at the beginning of the time window provided to us. Carlton and Derek were so pleasant and helpful and ensured they were not leaving any of my appliances in an area that would cause me issues until they are installed. I am on a very strict timeline between all contractors and my return flight to CA and Keith has gone out of his way to ensure that everything will work for my schedule so I don't have to change any of my travel plans. I do not foresee any issues on installation day since we have already had such a great experience.

During our initial visit, he was very attentive and yet did so without smothering us (aka he made sure we had the space to look around and get an idea of what interested us) and offered great suggestions. After the initial sale, Patrick has followed up with us regularly - his communication is top notch! In addition to Patrick and our designer, our interactions with the store manager and Patti have likewise been great. Whenever we need other furniture, we will come back to this Haverty's and will recommend that our friends and family do the same.

They also have sales all the time too. They have 3 day weekend sales that start on Friday and end on Sunday. I had to come here because I had to return a Hercules power drill. As soon as I walked in the door, the manager spoke to me and asked if I needed help. I had no receipt but told him the problem with the power tool and he immediately told his cashier to swap it out with a new one. Now, how cool is that. That's what I call customer service. This is not where you go if you are looking for the cheapest carpet or tile, but if you are doing a serious remodel and in search of the Sluter system for new construction showers, tons of tile and accent trim pieces, then this is it. Our sales consultant was very nice, and did not complain at all when our selections and conversations continued past closing time. We didn't mean to make him late, but you can tell they really cared about answering questions, etc. and were juggling a larger than expected amount of Saturday afternoon customers. If you are combing through Lowe's, and thinking to yourself - they just don't have what I saw on HGTV last night - you're right. Prosource has what you're looking for, so give them a visit.

Then we were told that it didn't ship due to 'interfacing', and they would 'follow up first thing on Monday'. Emails and texts requesting information went unanswered by Lauren Schlieser (Showroom Manager. Really??), for the most part. When we asked on 7/11 if it could be expedited, we were told we'd have to pay extra, even though it was promised on the 7th and never arrived. Emails regarding shipping were ignored on 7/14. When we FINALLY received the flooring, on THE FIFTEENTH, the response was "Great. So sorry for all the confusion". CONFUSION? Regardless, the 'Customer Service' was horrific, to say the least. Never again. This was for a commercial project, and the flooring NEEDED TO BE in by Friday, the 11th, at THE LATEST. That is precisely why we ordered it so early. Never doing business with this company again. Lesson learned - next time we'll go straight to the source - Interface.
