The layout of the store is really comprehensive, I like how they had the samples behind each of the display cases. As a designer, that makes my job a lot easier when working with a client to be able to just open up the case and have the samples and pricing so easy to access. I became aware of Expressions in the past because they were one of the few stores that carried Miele after the Miele corporate showroom closed. They have a very nice mixture of super high end appliances and fixtures and those of the more mundane rudimentary variety. It's unfortunate that their branch location in Southlake closed, but I will continue to patronize their main location off Dragon St. If you're still going to Home Depot & Lowe's for your appliances you're missing a lot of alternative options which are usually more stylish. Not to say their is anything wrong with big box outlets, but I can only stomach so many different Samsungs and LGs repackaged pretending to be something else. The pricing is always very fair and consistent with AJ Madison or other online retailers, but with all the accoutrements of a real retail experience. I don't know if they offer any sort of in house financing etc, which for some people might be a deal breaker, but just get yourself a good American Express card that features an extended warranty and you'll be fine.

The mgr said that WAS HER JOB. I understand, I spent 40 years in Retail;however, there is an efficient fast way to present the Insider's Club and an inefficient way.
