It was after 10am when I made it safely to the store. To my surprise there was a note on the door stating employee had left to get lunch be back in 5mins. I walked ‍ away disappointed returned to my car. Decided to call the business as I found their number on Google. I spoke with Jeremy owner of this family owned business. He advised he would call the employee to see where he was. As I sat in my car waiting patiently I saw a young man looking at me trying to get my attention. He was the sales rep who apologized as I walked ‍ inside the store. First impression of the show room it was clean smelled nice and the mattresses were organized on the floor. Mike, sales rep asked what my budget was and showed me 2 mattresses he asked me to lie on on each mattress to see which one would fit my sleep needs. I explained to Mike I suffer from insomnia. I am a stomach sleeper . He asked if I preferred soft or a firm mattress. I advised the firmer the better . I followed him to the desk to get my order written up. Initially I thought my delivery would be the next day . The store didn't have the mattress in stock . It had to be ordered. We agreed on having it delivered in exactly a week. Mike asked if it were to arrive before Christmas would I be interested in having it delivered sooner than the following week. I replied there's no rush but if it were to arrive to their store earlier that would be cool. Last year I made a purchase at a well known competitor whom over the years I had purchased several items from them. What a shock this company left my item outside on my porch . I had to struggle to bring it inside my home . I asked Mike if they offered setup and haul away service of the old mattress. He advised yes they would with a charge for delivery, and haul away. I felt comfortable enough to proceed with the sale of the new mattress which comes with a 10 year warranty. The delivery driver named James gave me a courtesy call advising he should arrive at my home in approximately 15 minutes according to the GPS he was using . Upon James safe arrival I led him to my primary bedroom where he easily picked up the old mattress like it was a rag doll and proceeded to load it on his truck. He removed the plastic on my new mattress I was surprised to see how thick it was . I became excited in anticipation of sleeping on my new mattress. James and I were able to engage in conversation while he was here . I received good customer service from Jeremy, Mike, and James . Thank you guys for assistance in choosing my new mattress to having it delivered to my home.

We were trying to find a mattress that we could afford, but that was the best quality we could afford. Brandon assisted us. He was very, very busy, but he took his time with us, going over our options and, when we found the mattress that suited us, scheduled the delivery in record time and, when we realized the next day that we needed a queen-size frame, we went back and he made certain it was delivered at the same time as the mattress. Truck arrived within ten minutes of the scheduled start time window for delivery and the guys who put the frame together and carried the mattress upstairs were fast and nice. We went several places and looked on-line before we went to Mattress Firm Outlet, but I guess, since this is our second purchase from this store, we won't waste time looking elsewhere when we need another mattress. Thanks Brandon!

The first night I woke up during the night several times, it just didn't seemed right, morning time I take off the sheets and found that the mattress is uneven! Actual potholes in the mattress and in further inspection the top half of the mattress is lighter than the bottom half.. The bottom half is way darker. This is not a new mattress I would never paid $1,200 for an used or refurbished mattress I would never buy one. My wife went to the store the day after it the mattress was delivered.. They were not nice anymore. They said we had to take pictures of the mattress and file a Warrenty claim. I asked them to come look at it but they said they couldn't do it, I live five minutes from the store, you can casually walk from the store to my place in five minutes. So we took the pictures of the mattress and file the c itlaim, it is now going on the fourth week and still nothing not a word . We call several times but the answer is always " we are reviewing the claim" what is there to review??? We let them know the day after the mattress was delivered!! We got the mattress on credit and were made the first payment but I'm beginning to realize that we were ripped off.. we were scammed. I would not sell this piece of crap to someone else so I'm going to stop making payments I'm pretty sure they will be by afterthe payment due date and pick up the mattresses it will hit my credit but at least I would only lose the first payment . The lesson of the story is buy from store that has a reputation, that is well known and one that doesn't sell crap and reals you off. I will never do business with this store . Bunch of thieves Brian thanks for your concern only took a month .. There's no way in hell this is a new mattress. And you should be ashamed to say that you sell this piece of ..crap as new. Four weeks. This should have been taking care of the very next day . I will never ever do business with you guys every again. Just pick up the damn mattress and sell it to the next sucker.

I called day before delivery of mattress and brackets to make sure the brackets were being delivered and installed on adjustable base and they assured me they would. Delivery day: no brackets! When the brackets finally came in they declined to come attach the brackets to the adjustable base like they should have in the first place. My husband had a hard time attaching them to the adjustable base they sold us and the kit did not complete with all the screws necessary.
