Great selection of paint and supplies and, hold on...superior customer service in advising us on selecting interior paint for our house to ready it for sale. What a difference from wandering around alone in the paint department of a huge box store. Our salesperson was a color specialist who was so helpful in choosing colors from a palate that segued nicely from room to room with the result being a cohesive approach to interior color rather than hit-or-miss. We wouldn't have gotten this expertise from a box store.

We are wearing our Penn State Tshirt and the guy behind the counter told us he couldn't wait on us with those tshirt on. So we turns around and left and he actually laughed at us as we left. Not one employee tried to stop us and wait on us. They actually let us leave. You just lost a huge sale! We were there to buy deck paint and primer but since he didn't want our business we went elsewhere. I will not be disrespected like that by your company!!!

The store…read morewas not busy and I stopped at the customer service desk and there were at least 8 people that were all talking together. They did tell us what isle, but it was not where they said it would be. We found 2 employees and asked both of them where we could find the washers and they were wrong too! I finally saw a young man, Dylan, who was working the self check out area. He looked it up on his phone and pointed to the right isle. He was a very helpful employee unlike any other employee that worked there. Gone are the days when there were employees walking around that would walk you to what you were looking for! We will go to Lowe's next time​

Just experienced some of the worst customer service ever at this location…read more Went to purchase a small propane cylinder for a portable gas grill and went to the front customer service desk to check out, the name on the receipt is Carley who did not even acknowledge me at the counter, took the cylinder and scanned it, the only thing I heard was a huffing noise like it was a bother to check me out ! She did not even tell me to insert my card ! I went ahead and inserted my card and processed the payment and the screen showed an email receipt or a printed copy, she just handed my the printed copy and not even a simple "Thank You" ! And no offer to place it in a bag ... This is really outstanding customer service at its best ! I'm being sarcastic of course .... I called the store and spoke to a manager and expressed my displeasure ! Look if this individual is not happy there then leave, there are plenty of people who would appreciate a job, you know. This really leaves a black mark on Home Depot and their service. Considering Lowe's is pretty much next store to them ! Hardly anyone in Home Depot vs. Lowe's which was packed with shoppers ! Employees are cheerful and greet you properly and say Thank You for your business ! Seems there is a cancer of poor quality employees at Home Zdepot which will be the demise of this location ! I completed an online review of my purchase from the sales receipt and it was removed by Home Depot ! I guess they remove negative posts. The store manager did reach out via email and apologized and offered a gift card which was declined, we just hope for better service !
