Pamperins was our "go to" and every paint we purchased was from there. No more. We went into the store and it was cluttered and messy and unfortunately, the two ladies in the store knew little to nothing about stains. When we went through all of the stains in the store and selected two different stains - made by two different vendors - we were told that they didn't have any in stock - one would be there a week from Friday and the other - they thought maybe Wednesday. We were so disappointed not only in the fact that Pamperins isn't Pamperins anymore but also because the people who worked there were inexperienced, unknowledgeable and we honestly knew more than they did. It used to be that every single person who waited on you - was an expert - they knew what paint or stain to use - gave great advice and even assisted us in selecting a product. I will miss knowing that there was a quality store in Green Bay with expert and exemplary service with great products in a neat, organized, easy-to-find what you're looking for location... Pamperins isn't Pamperins anymore. While I wish them luck, unless significant changes in product knowledge, personnel and organization of the new, dirty store location, I'm not hopeful for its future. I know we won't go back.

Took him about 5 minutes to get the info he needed for the quote, and then we had a nice chat while he was working it up - hired them on the spot!! The overall quality of the work was extremely disappointing, and the level of professionalism and customer service fell far short of what I expected from a company carrying the CertaPro name. Communication was difficult at times, including language barriers that made it harder to explain concerns and get problems properly addressed. When issues were brought to management, I found the response lacking in empathy and accountability. Instead of focusing on correcting problems and making the customer whole, the emphasis seemed to be on defending the work, asking for additional money, and refusing to return the deposit. The workmanship itself was also very poor. Preparation, attention to detail, and the finished appearance did not meet what I consider reasonable professional standards. What was particularly frustrating was the apparent unwillingness to recognize the problems or take meaningful responsibility for them. A contractor should stand behind its work, listen to legitimate customer concerns, and make a genuine effort to resolve problems. That was not my experience here. Overall: a very bad experience from start to finish. 0 stars. I would strongly recommend that people think twice before hiring this company. In my experience, there are better choices available.

Starts with a need to get out a scissors to cut along the dotted line on a receipt they give you, then go to some schlocky outsourced company named "Rebates International" to find and print a form. Then mail it to that schlocky company that has big red font saying don't expect anything for at least 10 weeks. No ability to track status 12 weeks after sending it in. All in the hopes of getting some future credit for Menards, not actual cash back. Don't let their supposed rebates affect your purchase decision because you probably won't get anything except work on your part and no rebate.

It was the worst paint we have ever used and a complete rip off! We had 5 year old left over Behr paint that we used in our mudroom and it covered in one coat. Only minor touch ups. So it wasn't an issue with our wall texture like they will probably claim. Called the store 3 days ago to voice our displeasure and no manager was around. Took our name and number to call us back and never did! Save your money - a complete rip off!!!
