The installer arrived but was unable to communicate in English, which made it very difficult to discuss the installation, ask questions, or address concerns. Communication is critical when someone is working inside your home, especially when installing an appliance that requires proper mounting and electrical safety. Even more troubling, the installation itself was poorly done and did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected from a contractor representing Home Depot. Allowing someone into your home requires trust, and this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. When customers pay for professional installation through a major retailer like Home Depot, they expect qualified installers, clear communication, and quality workmanship.

They "color matched it-" when we said that is not the same color we showed them the sample again they said- it is what it is- put it on the wall to see.. on the can it won't dry the same color as it will on the wall. so we tried it... now we have to repaint the whole wall and likely room.. when we showed the people at ace they said- yeah we don't always get good results. Need us to make you a gallon so you can do the full room? I feel like this was a bit of a scam to sell me more paint.. but the people there are so nice I cant imagine then doing that. I am disappointed in how they knew the color was not right and didn't try to do fix it. I would Not use thrm for paint again.

But really, how could you not? The name of this place is Menards! Anyway, I visited this Menards, thinking, "Me nards! Me nards!" over and over in my head as I went in search of some indoor plants. But what do you know: They must not have indoor plants in late fall, because I could find nary a one. They didn't even have any outdoor plants. Apparently, Menards is not the place to find plants of any kind when the weather turns cold. So I walked around to see if maybe they were hiding the plants somewhere else, and I came across aisles of pet products, Christmas trees, patio furniture, paint, and lots of other things. Menards seems to be a one-stop-shop for home improvement. Parking is plentiful, and it's easy to get on and off the interstate.

I mostly go to the Fishers store now. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful and there's comraderie among them. I appreciate the family-owned Wisconsin/Northwoods culture and look forward to the weekly ads. I have never had any issues with missing rebates or returns. The website is excellent, it even tells you what aisle and shelf to find an item on. Menards makes shopping fun.

I never thought I'd buy a Weber grill, as I didn't understand why they seemed so expensive. After an Ace salesman showed me some differences and how they stocked all of the parts I may need down the road, I purchased one. That was a bit over a year ago, and I haven't had even the slightest "buyers remorse". Sure, it was a lot more than one of the other brands at a big box store, but wow does it do a great job. The heat is so even, and all of the controls just feel sturdy. On top of that most of the internals are made from stainless steel and should last a LONG time. Ace is a great asset to western Noblesville. As this town has grown, we've gotten all of the big box stores, but with those comes traffic and customer service that is mediocre at best. It's definitely nice to have a locally owned store where I can go pick up the things I need without having to drive across town.

Speaking of the propane center, lugging those propane tanks can be a challenge for some customers…read more When the TSC employee opened the gate recently, without saying a word, he stepped aside while I carried it inside the fenced area. He eventually showed where to take it. Every previous time at TSC, the employee took my tank at the gate and prevented me from entering the locked area. Next time, TSC employees should ask, "May I assist you with the tank?" If I have this right, you are being paid by the customers to serve us.

Once, I biked from my house to Sullivan Hardware, and on the way had a nut fall off my bike! Once I got to Sullivan's, the manager went out of his way to make sure I found the correct nut to replace the lost one, and even lent me a few tools to make sure everything was installed safely.
