Next two projects I went back to waters and brown. Heidi helped me match pictures and made spot on recommendations. I brought in samples and images and she gave great choices to match or coordinate. Then over to the counter for the actual paint. John couldn't be nicer and more helpful (plus he actually remembers me by name and project). Some projects easier than others. More complicated (expensive) projects he gave me questions to ask my contractor and alternatives. I so appreciate the service here. It's second to none and the quality can't be beat. They've earned my loyalty and I'll return the favor by encouraging anyone to go here first and last. This is how a customer centric business is run.

Just a bored little kid counting tape while we waited for service that never came. The tone was hostile, condescending, and completely unprovoked. If this is how they treat parents with well-behaved children, I can't imagine how they treat anyone else. If you want quality paint and a business that treats customers like human beings, go to the Benjamin Moore in Malden or Ace in Stoneham instead. They're friendly, helpful, and professional -- everything this location is not. This store has lost my business permanently. And we've spent thousands as we've renovated our home over the years. I have seen this hardware go from one place to another, its current status is the best it's ever been. They offer incredible value and service on small gas engines. I have purchased a chainsaw, a Weedwhacker, and a blower from them, they have all been great. They are STIHL products, compared to other local small gas engine companies, this has been the best value. They recently fixed my pull start for $25. Where else can you have somebody work on your stuff for $25? I'm very grateful to have the store only a few miles from my house. They have a convenient section of common wood and other things that contractors may need locally so they do not have to go to the big box stores. On one occasion, I purchased a vacuum.
