I wasn't happy because the store is an hour from my home and it was a huge hassle to go back. When I went back they first blamed Benjamin Moore for changing the color formulas and said it wouldn't match. Then they said the sheen choice caused the difference. They were willing to give me a new gallon of the same paint grade at no charge but then said it needed to be a different sheen that they didn't have in that grade. So they ended up giving me a more expensive paint grade and said they would eat the cost and I offered to pay the difference. When it came time to settle up the clerk changed his story and tried to charge me the full amount. In the end I was only able to get them to knock off $10. What a joke. I would not go back.

If you are a victim of this company I strongly urge you to call the prosecutor Stacy Cleveland at 305-547-0211. We know there are other victims. My mother and I were robbed in the same fashion. The guy got a deposit and then kept pushing the start date of our kitchen to a later date. He then takes off to Argentina with our money stating he had a family emergency. He gave the victim below same story he gave my mother. Another victim wrote this on the BBB website..... BBB Complaint from another victim: We paid a 50 % deposit ($5750) to have them build and install custom kitchen cabinets. The company/owner closed shop and stole our money. In November of 2015, we hired Ebenezer Custom Cabinetry to build and install kitchen cabinets. We were required to give a 50% deposit in order for them to start the project ($5750). The ownwer, Kevin Senyk, told us the cabinets should be done in time for Christmas. Some time in mid December he calls me and tells me he has to leave the country because of an emergency. He said he would be back mid January 2016. I spoke to the owners father beginning of January (he was at the shop) and he told me an exact date his son would be back. On that date (sometime mid/late January)I called the owner (Kevin)at the number we have always used and it was blocked. We tried from my fiancé's phone and it was also blocked. We then proceeded to drive to the shop to see what was going on only to notice that it was closed and boarded up. I was able to contact his father and tell him I was going to seek legal advice if his son didn't call me back. The next day the owner called and apologized about the situation and promised to make the cabinets. We continued for several months going back and forth with Kevin always maintaining a slither of hope he would complete and install the cabinets as stated in our contract. On Friday, April 22, 2016, he texted me saying he would meet us at the paint store to pick out the paint on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Tuesday night I called him to confirm only to receive the a message once again that our number was blocked. We signed a contract, gave him a personal check in the amount of $5,750 made out to Ebenezer Custom Cabinetry back on November 5th, 2015 and have nothing to show for it. This guy is a con man and we are seeking monetary retribution. Please help so that others won't get scammed.

They had at least a dozen units in stock. Should have come here originally. I had my receipt from the previous day's purchase and commented I should have joined their club ($29.99) and I would have saved money. The cashier said "I can make that happen!" I ended up with a free year's membership AND saved $12! Great employee! I am amidst a small home project, a result of Hurricane Ian's storm surge. Harbor Freight has exactly the plastic shelving units I need (Made in USA) to reorganize my storage areas - at a fraction of the price of those at HomeDepot and Lowe's - and the same quality. Really good experience on this visit to Harbor Freight.

Why 5 Stars you might ask? Harbor Freight is cheap tools pure & simple. Is most of the stuff cheap?…read moreYes. Is most of the stuff cheaply made? No. If you know anything about tools, then you know what to buy & what not to buy from HF. I'm a DIY type of person & a lot of my tools are from this store. They sell a little bit of everything from Wrenches, Sockets, Zip Ties, Hammers, Tarps, Floor Jacks, Welding Helmets, Flashlights, Dolly's, Safety Gear, Painting Supplies, Air Compressors, Tool Chests, Pet Beds, Car Wash Supplies, Garden Hose Attachments, Lawn Tools, etc. As if the prices weren't already cheap, you can usually score a 20% off one item coupon online or in the Sunday newspaper. They often run free gift w/ purchase coupons also. For the most part, any tools without a motor or too many moving parts I can recommend. I'd be weary of torque wrenches or machinery, but even then they offer warranty so the risk is quite low. If you are a DIY type, or simply want a few basic tools for the house, this is your place to stock up on tools at an affordable price point.

Yelp Readers, I…read morecalled Hollywood Station Hobbies, near Miami, Florida because they're listed as an authorized MTH Model Train repair dealer for the repair of my Erie Triplex engine. The owner, Paul Connor, gave me the name and contact information of his technician Ken. I spoke with Mr. Campbell and after gaining some confidence in him I ended up sending my well preserved engine. Before sending, I asked him if he will take good care of my favorite engine. He of course said he will. When I got it back it was so beat up, incompletely assembled, bent whistle, bent and broken bell yoke, broken front coupler lift mechanism, tender handrails not reassembled in their holes left bent stretched over the steps, screws missing, HUGE damaged paint, and didn't fully work...I was in disbelief and sick. When he finally replied after ghosting me, I owed him approximately $400, he said I did not have to pay. I asked for missing screws back and he sent me old incorrect screws not even close to what was missing. The engine was sent to Mr. Campbell properly packed in its original packing which he did not bother to repack properly causing huge paint damage between the engine cab and tender. I have sent two messages to the store owner, Mr. Connor, because I thought he should be aware of this incident. NO REPLY. I asked him to reach out to Mr. Campbell to verify my story. I informed I will Yelp my experience.his business. Thanks, Yelp Readers, for your attention! Bill

We walked around a bit and then a lady came up to us and told us they were closing in 10 minutes. We saw that it was 10 minutes to seven and asked if they didn't close at 8pm? She replied that they were closing early because they were having their holiday party and that they had a sign on the front doors. She also said that their Black Friday sale was 10% off. Of course the signs everywhere said 30% off. But how is 10% off a Black Friday deal?!? Ten percent!!??!! So, obviously we weren't going to buy a new living room set in 10 minutes. So we left and went next door to Rooms To Go and spent our $4500 there. So, I hope your party was worth losing a $4500 sale. I give two stars because I'm sure the furniture is nice. But I'll never know.

It's honestly no surprise this store has a 2.6-star rating -- if anything, that feels generous…read moreafter our experience. We placed our order on May 10th. We were told one item was on backorder with an ETA in 6 weeks (mid-to-late June). No big deal -- our new home wouldn't be ready until late September/early October anyway. And then the circus began: July 15th: I follow up (because no one bothers to communicate) and am told ETA is now August. August 8th: I follow up AGAIN. Now it's magically moved to 9/1-9/11. I follow up AGAIN, and voilà -- now it's now been pushed back to mid-October and the item is now a clearance item that they cannot get! Oh, and surprise! Another item for another bedroom is also backordered until mid-October. But wait, it gets better. The manager calls me, says he's going to "look into it" and get back to me. Shockingly (or maybe not at this point), I never hear from him again. The next day, instead of a call back, I get an email saying my order was canceled -- because apparently he "wasn't getting a response" from me. So, after waiting FOUR MONTHS for furniture for THREE bedrooms and a living room, I'm now starting from scratch -- with 12 days until we move into our home out of state. If you're looking for a master class in poor communication, broken promises, and customer service that vanishes into thin air, congratulations -- you've found the right store. As my order was canceled while working with the manager on a work around, and I've made 3 payments for furniture that I never received or could receive, I would also like a refund for the interest paid - a total of $302.66.
