When you create an account, they save all of the information on any paint that you order, so you can always match it exactly. They also had every accessory that I needed, and the paint was high quality. I was able to buy a giant sample kit that has every single standard color and is bound together into a flip book. I think it will be really useful for years to come as I do renovations. I will definitely be returning!!

We had ordered Greco Villa (7551) and they gave us Summer White (7557 - a very yellow base) by mistake. We thought that we had simply made a bad choice of paint, but it turns out that the mistake was not on us. After speaking with two employees and the assistant manager, they informed us they could not find us in the system and that there was nothing they could do. They did not rectify the issue, or even offer a discount on paint. Their excuse is that it has taken us two years to discover their mistake and therefore the problem is no longer theirs ( as if there is an experation on doing the right thing). Now we have to repurchase 20 gallons of paint. Update: I have changed my review from a one star review to a three star review because corporate got involved in the situation and things were made right. I'm thankful things were made right and would like to give them credit where credit is due.

My husband went back in today to get several gallons of paint, and the girl was so unhelpful that he left. You guys lost a few hundred dollars of business from us all because you were annoyed at us interrupting your conversations. And yes, he heard you say, "he won't be back".

I got the paint I needed for my living room here. I did all the research first, thank goodness…read morebecause the 2 kids behind the counter were no help at all until I asked where the extra paint rollers were kept..then I got an "over there" with a pointing finger. I stared at colors for about 30 minutes next to a lady who had been there when I walked in. Nobody asked us if we needed help. We ended up helping each other, and it worked out well. Go with a list, because I left the store with the paint and no stir-sticks...which they didn't even offer me at check-out. This was back in October, so I'm not sure if things have changed. I past by the store yesterday and I remembered I forgot to YELP.

He went above & beyond to help me under the circumstances even though he probably wasn't expecting me to buy there. I let him know that i was shopping at Lowe's who referred me to the Sherwin-Williams store for specific color cards. Although Lowe's sells the products, cards for those colors were unavailable as of end July 2023, pending an update to their Sherwin-Williams display. SW - First Rate service!

I shopped at this Hobby Lobby location today, May 9th 2024…read more As I was in the check out lane at 3:50 pm, I was making small talk with the cashier and the store manager who were both very pleasant. The cashier handed me my bags and I left the store. When I got home, I realized that one of the bags I was handed was actually someone else's As it had items that I did not purchase. I should have stayed home and made dinner but I decided to get back to the store as soon as possible to let them know that I had a bag that I didn't purchase. When I arrived at the store, there was a different and very unpleasant manager and cashier working. I let the manager know about the mistake. By the way she looked at me, you would have thought she was accusing me of theft. She had a nasty look on her face and never even thanked me for promptly returning this bag. I heard another cashier ask her if that was the bag that they had been looking for. With a snear, she said "yes, it showed back up" You are welcome Hobby Lobby!! I was honest and returned the bag promptly and wasn't even treated with basic respect not to mention gratitude. I thought you were a Christian store? One of your employees sure wasn't very Christian like today !! If something like that ever happens again, I may just think about chucking it into the trash and saved my precious gas money.
