I ordered two gallons of paint, and it took less than ten minutes to order it, have it mixed, and pay. I also like a lot of the Sherwin Williams features. When you create an account, they save all of the information on any paint that you order, so you can always match it exactly. They also had every accessory that I needed, and the paint was high quality. I was able to buy a giant sample kit that has every single standard color and is bound together into a flip book. I think it will be really useful for years to come as I do renovations. I will definitely be returning!!

We had ordered Greco Villa (7551) and they gave us Summer White (7557 - a very yellow base) by mistake. We thought that we had simply made a bad choice of paint, but it turns out that the mistake was not on us. After speaking with two employees and the assistant manager, they informed us they could not find us in the system and that there was nothing they could do. They did not rectify the issue, or even offer a discount on paint. Their excuse is that it has taken us two years to discover their mistake and therefore the problem is no longer theirs ( as if there is an experation on doing the right thing). Now we have to repurchase 20 gallons of paint. Update: I have changed my review from a one star review to a three star review because corporate got involved in the situation and things were made right. I'm thankful things were made right and would like to give them credit where credit is due.

Don't bother calling in January for a lawn mower to be serviced that you bought from them...as they…read morewill tell you " your on the list to be serviced and they will call you when they are ready to work on it" and by April after calling every month for an update and being told " we will call in a few days", you can no longer get service in an acceptable time as I was told after 90 days of waiting it will be another 2 or so weeks. Their reply - ah yeah, sorry about that. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Justin in particular was great. Well after talking with Justin we found a beautiful green couch and he was very helpful. I then realized when we were leaving, I dropped my card somewhere in the store. Justin helped us walk around the whole store and we couldn't find it. I admitted defeat and we left. Justin then runs out to the parking lot because he found it! Great customer service and we will be back because of him.

I called the store and the customer service was terrible. I finally had to end up calling their main corporate customer service line. Apparently they are going to send me a new couch/love seat however I received no confirmation so fingers crossed they don't bone me more than they already have. Also when I ordered online the sales guy called me and said the couch was ready for pick up however the love seat had to be ordered. He offered for me to get the couch now and come back for the love seat. I said I'd prefer to get them at once, his response was "well the couch may be gone by the time we get the loveseat" what???? I literally just paid over $1000 dollars. you can't hold it for me ??? Never doing business at Bone again
