They are so helpful, they go above and beyond and deserve a huge raise and bonuses. I needed help finding the paint that I ordered in 2019 and the young man did lots of research and he ended up finding it for me. I honestly can say that he made my day in a low key stressful situation. Sad but true that customer service is few and far between these days and it's so refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares, is friendly & happy and wants to help and satisfy the customers needs. Complete waste of money, had to paint the whole room. So they can be really good or suck really bad depending on who takes care of you. Obvious training issues. She was acting as if it was a real chore to be taking care of me.

I went to this store and I left with specific swatches that the salesman picked out for me. I had brought samples of backsplash and counter and with his help I have now finally made a decision. He really knows his paints and how they reflect color. I learned a thing or two of which I'm very appreciative.

Such work is jobbed out and HD doesn't back up the quality of the work. Having said that, we went yesterday for a replacement flourescent tube and a fuse for it. Like many HD shoppers, I've often found it difficult to find an employee to help find something. Yesterday, a super HD worker named Colin was on the spot even as we stood in front of the light bulbs looking for a 3-way bulb. Not only did he offer help without being asked, but instructed me on how to adjust the brightness tone on the bulb I was going to buy. Yes, there were some words to that effect on the package, but I'm sure I wouldn't have bothered to read closely. It's a light bulb. Colin next kept us from buying the wrong flourescent tube. What we'd picked up was a 12w and we needed a 15w. (Always helpful when shopping for a replacement anything to bring the old one with you.) Turned out HD did not have an 18-inch 15w, but at least we didn't have to come back to return the wrong one. And then Colin found the correct fuse we needed, Done. (We did get to Ace on Summer St in time to grab the last 18" 15w tube they had in stock.) Helpful and knowledgable employees can certainly make all the difference in any shopping experience.

The service from the sales person could of been better. From getting someone in for measurements to the items coming in were not communicated well at all. Measurements were suppose to be done with 72 hours, this did not happen so I had to call the store twice only to find out the order was placed incorrectly. Had I not called I'd probably still be waiting. When it came time for installation the wrong back storm door was ordered! What is saving this review is the installation crew, Conlee and Dylan. They went over and beyond. They were able to correct the wrong door and get a new one here within minutes. They were professional. Did a great job with the installation. Totally respected the property. They cleaned up during and after the installation Explained everything as they were doing it. Just great service there. The actual store service people were disappointing. The actual doors themself were priced reasonable, and they provided nice discounts.
