I've lived in the area for 10 years and have gone into this store several times over the years, and the experience is similar even with different staff members. I realize they get busy, but a simple acknowledgement of that they will be with me shortly would be nice. Once I am able help, it's like they can't wait to finish and get back to whatever it is they're doing, vs. trying to make sure I have what I needed or all my questions answered. I think the pandemic has worsened customer service in general, but for this store it seems the norm. I decided to give it one more try recently and had the exact same experience, so I plan to shop elsewhere now even if this place is 5 minutes from where I live.

There are three floors of beautiful, one-of-a-kind offerings in the barn from repurposed vintage furniture to candles, wooden signs, hand painted seasonal decor. The vision and imagination it takes to create/paint each piece of furniture requires a lot of talent ~ and you will not be disappointed. The owner is a very friendly, lovely lady who was working on new pieces when we arrived, the barn is exquisitely organized, and the prices are better than reasonable. Price: Unbeatable!!! This store was about $15 less than all the other stores in my area. Not only were they cheaper, they gave me a painter's discount and a free t-shirt... I love t-$hirts but I love them even more when they're free. Service: Outstanding!!! The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you nor trick you into buying things you don't need. You can ask a million and one questions and they will answer them all and still leave you with some genius advice you never thought of.
