To our surprise, Austin-Briggs in New Britain, Pa. popped up. We never knew they were there! I called - polite, friendly response by phone. We drove over - welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable customer service with no shortage of products. The guys behind the counter were so nice and really knew there stuff. This is our new go-to paint store. One caution: their roadside sign is small and you can miss it easily. They are directly across the road from Giant. Keep an eye out or you'll miss them. And Austin-Briggs should not be missed!

I'll explain with easy math, the machine cost $300 approximately now I did that twice so $600. They refunded me approximately $200, and trying to explain to me that the $400 I spent is really only $300. I will be back in tomorrow to return everything and see how the manager can do basic math. I spent on the same of ego tool but the two were a buy one get one 284 93 190 Total of 567 I was refunded 190 Meaning I spent 377 for "buy one get one" where I bought 2 and was charged for 2. If the 93 was refunded like I tried to explain it would have given me a buy one get one. I guess I'm going to Ace and The depot moving forward and I HATE Home Depot but getting yelled and having to explain it to 5 people over and over again is worse than Home Depot.

So many customer service people do not have enough experience to be truly helpful. Apprenticeship seems to be a thing of the past in business which is costing consumers more money than they realize and giving them substandard service. I will be back to purchase more blinds if Shirley helps me. Ive visited the same store in the blinds department at other times with poor service and support.
