I recently purchased 2 gallons of Agreeable Gray from the SW store in Bloomsburg, PA. When we opened them to start painting, we found that they were 2 different colors- and we weren't sure that either of them were actually the color we ordered. We realized this 10 minutes before the store closed and I live 20 minutes away. I had a friend over to help paint and had hired a babysitter for the evening. Needless to say, we couldn't paint that night and now the project is a day behind. The next morning I drove the 20 minutes to SW and was waited on by Mike (the "manager"). He agreed the paint was different colors and began making the correct paint. I asked if I could get some sort of refund for the mistake/inconvenience and he said "oh I won't charge you anything for this" AS IF HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE PAINT I ALREADY BOUGHT. ?? He was rude, unprofessional, and had horrible customer service skills. He kept saying "I'm making this right" (by giving me the paint I should have gotten the first time I purchased it) and acted like that alone was beyond sufficient. I thought I could trust Sherwin Williams to give me the product I ordered the first time. Instead I wasted a lot of time, money, and had to make an extra trip to the store. I highly recommend you get your paint elsewhere. read more
