He has beautifully repaired and restored many of my statues, and his painting is equally amazing. His prices are very reasonable for the quality and craftsmanship he provides. I live about 3 plus hours away, yet I would still choose him over anyone else because of his extraordinary talent and attention to detail. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Mark for sharing your talent with the world! I'm sure we'll see you again sometime!

The oil painting by Mark Sassani is titled Saint Gemma's Passion and Easter Morning (2021). It includes traces of religious iconography especially in his use of color symbolism, saintly gestures, and holy items displayed within the painting. Thus, he was able to capture a general life story of St. Gemma Galgani (her suffering and victory over evil/death) within a single painting! Mark, with God's grace, was able to turn a black and white image into a colorful, relatable representation of an early 19th century saint with the help of prayer and paying attention to written descriptions of Saint Gemma's physical attributes. A lot of specific detail was given to Mark throughout the process. He took direction very well while also adding his own feedback/experience on religious iconography. Also, the amount of time he put into the work, on a daily basis, was very thoughtful while getting the painting done sooner than anticipated! His other paintings, which he has shown me throughout the years, are beautiful! Mark is very versatile with his art styles and personable; has a bunch of interesting stories! Overall, this area is blessed to have his talent, and I highly recommend Mark for future projects!

I wanted to take a minute to say a big THANK YOU to Joe at Fanning Construction…read more Our families house developed a roof leak and we found shingles in the yard after heavy rains and Highwinds pass through. I called Joe on a Saturday morning, he answered my call, stated that he was working in the area and he would be willing to stop by and look at the roof after finishing his current job. Joe looked at the roof, explained what would be involved in the repairs, the cost & that he could do the job today and match my existing shingles. Joe and his team returned shortly with all necessary materials, safety equipment and ladders needed to make the repairs on the steep three-story roof. Joe took before & after pictures of the repaired roof area & explained why the original shingles failed & held to his quoted price. Thank You again, Chris H.

He is very knowledgeable and up front about the expectation of work and he strives to perfection. For us he did a drywall patch in our ceiling and part of the wall and he made sure we knew ahead of time that a patch will require the whole ceiling/wall to be repainted to match 100% and that he would do his best to make sure it matched the best he could. On the end of the first day he took paint samples from the ceiling and wall and did his best to try to match them. Our ceiling and wall paint are a couple years old so he did his best and we honestly are satisfied with the work. Joe is a man who takes pride in his work and it shows.

As many other reviewers on the Internet have stated, this merchant's attitude is "you signed for it; it's yours." The delivery slip states "received in apparent good condition," yet there is no way to know until the box is opened. I purchased an $800 stainless steel patio refrigerator and the entire upper back right-hand corner was smashed (no exaggeration). After completely unboxing the item, even the bottom frame and interior light button were bent. This refrigerator had been dropped. Due to the merchant's adamant unwillingness to make good, it is my opinion that they shipped it this way and were glad to unload it -- which is why they have done NOTHING to remedy the situation. After unsuccessfully trying to get satisfaction from the merchant, I opened a dispute with American Express, which is usually very helpful. Because both the merchant and I are customers, AmEx would not help because they viewed my dispute as a conflict of interest for them. I then pursued resolution with the State of Pennsylvania (where the merchant is located). After wasting my time for 7 months shuffling paperwork back-and-forth, the State of PA informed me that they have no other complaints on record about this merchant, and my complaint isn't enough to pursue legal action for the merchant's deceptive business practices (so much for the Bureau of Consumer Protection!!). Everyone who has had a horrible experience with this merchant: RAC Enterprise, aka AimToFind.com, needs to submit a written complaint to Joseph Goldberg, Director of The Office of the Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection, Strawberry Square, 14th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120. While complaining online at sites like Yelp helps to alert other potential buyers, it does nothing to enforce fair consumer practices by merchants like this one. Most of the positive reviews you'll read about this merchant is for their pricing. Most of the negative reviews you'll read about this merchant is about their business practices. WORST EVER!!!
