The plants are very well cared for thanks to an employee named Lawrence. Lawrence has mega knowledge about plants, fertilizers, weed killers and how to treat garden pests. On the downside, I have spent time searching for an employee to help me. They just do not seem to care. I was looking for a specific tool. The young woman was stocking something. So she points to one of several isles . No walking me back to be sure I found what I wanted. Looking at fertilizers. Here again a man was stocking but did not offer to help. Poor customer service. I'm completely colorblind, so I was no help at all, but the manager at the Waynesville Sherwin-Williams stepped in like a pro. He treated the project as if it were his own home, matched every shade perfectly, and gave honest, thoughtful recommendations instead of pushing unnecessary products. His sense of ownership and pride in the work were rare. Thanks to him, everything now looks seamless--and my wife finally trusts that the grays actually match as well as the other colors in various random areas.

Over several years I painted the exterior of every building and every interior room on my farm so I got to know them well. It didn't matter if I was buying a paint brush or hundreds of $$ of paint, there was always great service and that's the way they treat everyone that comes through the door. And, they have spent countless hours with me helping to match paints and stains or altering colors of already-purchased paints that were not quite the color I wanted. Plus, they will maintain a record for you in their system of which room a certain paint color is used in. They can get busy sometimes and that results in a bit of a wait but that can happen anywhere. Don't buy paint from the "big box" stores when you've got such a great local resource.

They came to install it but the store had written it up wrong. They were told they were installing a faucet. Not sure how that was going to happen without a sink or vanity. They had to issue a credit and then charge me again. I was told someone would be in touch the next day. It has been almost a week and I still haven't heard from anyone. They had no problem charging me but certainly are taking their time in getting back to me about the installation. You would think when they screwed it up they would want to fix it asap. Unfortunately this hasn't been the case. I even told them I had to postpone other renovations work due to them not getting the vanity installed on time. I will NEVER order anything from this Lowe's or use their installation services again. I have not been happy in my dealings with them and wonder if the purchased vanity will ever be installed or I need to start trying to get my money back. it's ridiculous!
