He went to Sylva to pick up a new side by side to replace the defective one we bought last week, checked it out, and brought it up here to us. He took the broken down side by side back to his store. Deer Lick - Apple I picked up a call ahead order for 3 Deer lick - Apple due to the virus going around. The young man came out and put it on the rear floorboard. I noticed they were totally destroyed, not a little crack or chipped but busted up. I asked if he had better ones and he responded they are all like this. Not even a discount and I paid full price for garbage. I usually have good luck at TSC but I guess you have to go inside and make sure to pick the ones you want. Waste of money and extremely disappointed in the quality of item and service. read more

Was blown away with the service from a young man named Matt today. I regularly shop here for pellets and when I walked to the pallet, there were bags that were opened with pellets on the ground. Without ANY action by me, Matt came from no where and said he would take care of it and I asked for two bags. He immeidately contacted someone and asked that a new pallet be delivered and said it would take time. I shopped the store, returned to the area and then again Matt appeared from no where. He grabbed two bags and placed in my cart. WAY TO GO!!! Can't say enough about this young mand! read more

Very dissatisfied with them. Employees not wearing masks. No social distancing. No carts available. No one available to load big heavy bags. They could do so much better. Cashiers just standing around talking with shoppers. We gave up and walked out. read more

Please, do not hinge the health of an animal on Tractor Supply through reliance upon their website, or their staff. So, the problem with my order, I purchased antibiotics, among other things, but that one I very much needed today, so I called the store to make sure the items I wanted were available. Associate says yes, and even assures me I can get it all today! Yay! I pay, wait, and then call again in a couple hours to see why no confirmation email saying ready for pick-up, was worried because I had specifically stressed to the associate how imperative it was I get this today and she said expect that email shortly...but the store closed in about an hour at this point. So after calling again I was then told, "Oh yeah they don't have it ready yet, but head this way and I'll have someone finish up your order immediately"...Cool that works for me. Upon Arrival at the store my Fiancee is told they have Not One of the four medical supplies I've ordered, but they have some nice syringes in stock, that I can totally use with the medication they Do Not Have. But don't worry, they can get my money back, in about 1 week. Literally no other options were given, absolutely zero effort to even try to get us something like a larger bottle(We would have happily paid the difference) of the same, or even another brand yet same product. Heck, any inkling of effort to make sure he left the store with something, anything at all close to what I ordered would have been appreciated, had they tried anything beyond "Sorry, but you ordered online, That was your first mistake" So here is a copy of the long and detailed message I have sent them, TSC Customer Support, enclosed beneath is for you... Hello and Good Day to you Sir/Ma'am, Regrettably I am writing today to discuss that Due to an easily controllable error on behalf of your company, I, the customer, now have a serious problem. I am in immediate need of pharmacy supplies for my livestock, and trusting in Tractor Supply Company, I decided to order through you. Little did I know that would be a gratuitous mistake. Your website showed the items I needed in stock, and available for curbside pick-up in the store near me, so I (Still having great faith in TSC) passed up many opportunities to obtain these items elsewhere. I literally had a relative driving from TN who offered to stop at a feed store they recommended, whom I told "No, Tractor Supply has got this" To really top it off, (and make no mistake, while I accept whomever is reading this is not at fault, still I am Livid about these collective issues/oversights) - having previously called (5:00pm)to make sure pickup would be today, and being told "Yes, if you order now we will have it ready today" My fianceé called the store again around 7:00pm to check on our order (having not received the ready for pickup email yet and becoming concerned) and was told by an associate "I'll have someone get on that immediately, you can begin heading to the store". Upon arrival at the store my Fiancee was informed by yet another associate that not one of the vaccines, antibiotics, or anthelmintics I was told were "In stock" before I ordered were in fact, in stock, and would take up to a week to arrive, Or we could get a refund that may take up to a week to process. Your Associate then added that this had been happening quite frequently of late, meaning this is a problem you have been aware of, but failed to rectify? (Rhetorical by the way, That seems obviously the case) Now the real Caveat (emptor, if you catch my drift), Having put my faith in TSC, I was not Cavēre, and by the time this catastrophe had set upon me it was already so near to 8:00pm that I had Zero chance of making it to another store to purchase what I need. Basically I got a right proper flogging by TSC this day, and now I will have to wait until tomorrow morning to rely upon another company to make this right. In summary, of the many years I've done business with TSC I never would have anticipated being blatantly misled by both your website and staff to the point it could lead to the detriment of my animals. I as a once Loyal customer feel Tractor Supply needs a serious re-evaluation of Business Transparency, what it is and why it is important, you see Sir/Ma'am, TSC can refund my money, but they cannot refund my trust. Having been served well for many years I would like to offer a chance, and I would like to know what steps, if any at all, this company will be taking to rectify this, beyond my being told "We're sorry that your misplaced trust in our company has led to dangerous inability to treat animals placed into your care, have your money back". Which sounds a lot like "We have plenty of customers, take your money and Go Elsewhere" to me." This store is not always adequately stocked. It's horribly understaffed with long waiting lines at the register and you can never find any help. But they have the best prices for this type of merchandise and especially the best prices in the county on Carhart clothing. read more

Every time I make a trip here for a specific item its NEVER IN STOCK!! today I needed welding wire, so I checked online and it showed in store stock,, get there to pick it up and NONE in stock,, I asked the lady working why the website shows it in stock,, she said the computer is never right that I needed to call ahead for everything!!! Lonnie is right- they have Carhartt clothing here for hard workers or skateboarders. They also have pet stuff, equine feed, farm related items, items for muddy trucks and show-off trucks, and tools. The clothing is simple cowgirl and cowboy styles- not a huge selection, and some articles are priced a bit too high. Wranglers can be sixty bucks a pop. There is a dressing room. There are boots, too- for the ranch and rubber ones. Gardening goods are here, and so is wild birdfood. Other sightings: air rifles for kids, go-carts, small tillers, and even small toys. There are restrooms. They put winter stuff on sale the first week of February, and the sale prices are great. I even saw folding chairs up for grabs at that time, so you never know what you can find. The employees are friendly and down-to-earth- pun intended. Overall, a solid, good place to get what you need. read more
