Not all Habitat for Humanity Restore stores are created equally. This store is huge and doesn't…read morewaste all of its space on furniture. Don't get me wrong, they waste a lot of space on that stuff. But if you just want to kill a couple hours looking at random tools or knickknacks, this is the place for you. Also, of the Restores I have been to, this has by far the best/largest selection of wood. Prices are also crazy good and they run sales all the time.

But today I had to fix a plumbing issue and needed expert help. I took pictures of my plumbing issue on my phone and went to Ace with the hope that I could show the pictures to someone and they could help, not expecting much though. I found the first employee and shared my pictures and issue to her and she sent me to their "resident plumber." Wow! This guy knew exactly what I needed to fix my problem. From the pictures I showed him he diagnosed my problem and showed me the parts I needed to fix it until I can get a plumber to ultimately fix the issue. This guy was an expert. And Ace had what I needed. Then I went over to look at the yard items and found a small bird feeder. A staff member saw me looking at the feeder and voluntarily told me that most of the feeders and related items were located at another location in the store and pointed me in the direction. She didn't have to do that but I'm glad she did because I would have not known about the location.

Went to this store last night with a leaking water knob piece. I didn't know what to get since it…read moredidn't have the whole piece. Yeah and just I didn't know much about what I was looking for, main point. Lol so 3 people asked if I needed help and I didn't at the time and then Jim asked if I needed help and I did and he took like over and hour of his time to help me fix this piece. He gave me options of parts for me to put together and that seemed like a lot of money and work and so he asked if he could take the knob apart and see if he could pretty much re build it. He for real put all the tiny parts together and re did the knob. It all came to 12$. He saved us a lot of time and work. Thank you so much for your help Jim!! Much appreciated. And it did work and doesnt leak anymore!!!

He came out and shared his honest thought on what we should do. We have never had professional painters before and he walked us through what to expect. We had everything from the trim to ceiling to the doors (the doors we added after we saw how bad they looked in a freshly painted room). Our house had a ton of different dark colors they had to cover they managed to do it. They also replaced several pieces of trim work. I really liked that you don't pay upfront and you don't pay until you are happy. Also their pricing is very reasonable. We got quotes from other companies and theirs was the best. Also there team was amazing, we had a family emergency while the painter were here and they dropped what they were to help me. I can't say enough about the guys they went above and beyond what a paint crew should do. Overall you can't go wrong with Pinpoint!! I would recommend them again and again.

Then say it rained so they got behind on another job, but never communicated that they were not going to come to your job as scheduled. Recommend you find someone more reliable for your own good.
