Total fan of this Ace Hardware because of their expert staff and excellent customer service…read more I've been to this location just a few times and other than today I knew I what I needed and finding it wasn't complicated. But today I had to fix a plumbing issue and needed expert help. I took pictures of my plumbing issue on my phone and went to Ace with the hope that I could show the pictures to someone and they could help, not expecting much though. I found the first employee and shared my pictures and issue to her and she sent me to their "resident plumber." Wow! This guy knew exactly what I needed to fix my problem. From the pictures I showed him he diagnosed my problem and showed me the parts I needed to fix it until I can get a plumber to ultimately fix the issue. This guy was an expert. And Ace had what I needed. Then I went over to look at the yard items and found a small bird feeder. A staff member saw me looking at the feeder and voluntarily told me that most of the feeders and related items were located at another location in the store and pointed me in the direction. She didn't have to do that but I'm glad she did because I would have not known about the location.

The cashier was not well-trained and stumbled on ringing up the people in front of me, then had to call back-up to help her with my purchases. First off, don't shop here if you're looking to paint a large project. You can't go back a week…read morelater and hope to match the previous paint color. They probably won't have it. Remember, color selection is limited. BUT, if you only have a few rooms and don't mind going different colors in each, or . . . even remixing multiple cans to make one single color, then you may be in luck. The paints are good brands and fairly priced . . . . . but remember these are returns and color mistakes, so limit your ideas about color choices. Last thing, will recommend you "stay away" from their no-name spray paints. They are really cheap quality, bad coverage, and long long long time to dry. Good spray paint normally dry to the touch in 10 to 20 minutes. Their stuff still sticky after an hour or more. You get what you pay for. If your just looking to save money, no problem, you will. But if your looking for choices, you'll need to go to the big box stores.

Used to live in MH a decade or so ago and the dudes and I would specifically go there instead of the big box stores because we could find ANYTHING!!!!! If you couldn't find it there you didn't need ti!!! So fast forward to just recently, was there with one of my "special needs" coworkers to get some tools for a job yanking out old equipment from a building downtown. Remembering I used to shop here in a past life and also knowing they are well stocked with hard things to find I asked about a belt for a bench sander that I have been looking for AGES!!! So I get walked over to a selection of belts that blows my mind because staring me right in the face is the 1/4 toothed flat belt that I wasn't even able to find online!!!!!! Oh My God are you kidding?? Cooler thing? I want to buy it but he says just take it and if it works good, if not you know where we are....
