Enough where makeup would pool. I waited over a year to let things "settle". Dr. Sherris put a stitch there to fix the issue. Indent is still there. I went back after doing research for people with a similar issue. I thought the area was "tethered" due too tight of a stitch and scar tissue. The doctor told me it was due to age. Funny, I don't have that issue with my right eye. Dr Sherris offered filler as a resolution AT MY COST. This indent is extremely noticeable and I see it every day when I look in the mirror. Makeup does not help. So I will be going to someone else to correct. Long story short, buyer beware.​ This customer is not happy with the results.

Now they told her insurance has not approved her home health care, and she won't be going anywhere - Monday at the soonest because insurance company won't be able to approve it until next week. This poor 41 year old has stage 4 cancer and two small children at home she hasn't seen in over a week. I've called to talk to medical director, the CEO, her doctors and left messages. No call back at all! This place has done more harm than good for all of us.

I went to see her for the first time a year ago and she was amazing. She explained without being condescending. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She calls with test results herself. And she personally calls at times you wouldn't expect to hear from a doctor, to answer questions I asked about. She gives honest and good advice and makes suggestions for what the primary can do and what she can do. The best possible referral I can give about her... I absolutely panicked at the thought she might retire!! Where would I go and how could I possibly find another doctor like her?
