This was addressed with Dr. Sherris shortly after my surgery (within 6 months) and I was told I had to wait at least a year. At my one year mark I was told he would not do a revision. (I should have known that he wasn't going to do anything) He offered free Sculptra instead which did absolutely nothing (4 vials). I believe I was never given Sculptra but instead just saline solution and lead to believe he was doing something for me just to appease me. I was told right after my surgery that "if you are not happy with anything, I will fix it for free...well that quite didn't pan out!!!! He has an uncanny way of making you feel like something is wrong with you. My mouth is crooked after surgery..."you need to see a neurologist" um no it wasn't that way before surgery and I can move my mouth perfectly fine. At rest, my mouth is crooked. My neck is crepey "you need to see a dermatologist"...no again....these issues did not exist before my surgery..... My jowls are back, my neck is horrible with very prominent neck bands which was supposed to be rectified with the platysmaplasty, marionette lines have returned, horrible wrinkling on the sides of my mouth especially when I smile, flat cheeks and my lip augmentation lasted maybe 3 months. If you are considering Dr. Sherris for a FL/NL, please look elsewhere..he does not do a good job and definitely DOES NOT keep his word when he says he will "fix" whatever it is that you are not happy with. He is a gaslighter making you think that whatever is "wrong" is due to something else other than his shoddy surgery. What a waste of my time and most importantly, my hard earned money! I doubt that anyone reading this review would be happy with the outcome of this surgery and especially for almost $15,000!!!

Enough where makeup would pool. I waited over a year to let things "settle". Dr. Sherris put a stitch there to fix the issue. Indent is still there. I went back after doing research for people with a similar issue. I thought the area was "tethered" due too tight of a stitch and scar tissue. The doctor told me it was due to age. Funny, I don't have that issue with my right eye. Dr Sherris offered filler as a resolution AT MY COST. This indent is extremely noticeable and I see it every day when I look in the mirror. Makeup does not help. So I will be going to someone else to correct. Long story short, buyer beware.​ This customer is not happy with the results.

I needed deep cleanings and gum care when I first arrived; they put me on a plan where I came in four times a year for cleanings rather than just twice a year, to ensure that I received the best care possible. I had other services done, like removing/replacing mercury fillings and fixing old fillings that had cracked. I was always happy with the work done. I even received a call one night after-hours from Dr. Wood when he could tell I'd had a particularly rough time during a procedure, just to make sure I was feeling okay. I was always impressed with the technology in the office; it seemed like every time I went in I noticed something they'd added or something that I'd never seen before in previous dentists' offices. My hygienist, Amanda H, is also highly recommended. In addition to being extremely professional and competent, she would remember things about my life and ask me about them during my visits. She swore she never took notes, she just remembered! And this wasn't just because I was coming in four times a year so I was a more recognizable face; my husband only went in twice a year and she'd remember personal details about his life, too. My only "complaint" is that the patient chair in Dr. Wood's procedure room is MUCH more plush and comfortable than the normal chairs in the hygienists' cleaning rooms.
