If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Went in for a consultation at 3:50pm. I don't…read morenormally write complaints but I was beyond disappointed and upset about me consultation and experience today with Dr. Sharf!I came in wanting information on a chin liposuction after thinking about it for quite some time. Laurie the nurse was very kind, however Dr. Sharf ran an hour behind in seeing me, and when he did come in to see me I felt completely disregarded. He spent no more than five minutes with me and seemed very irritated anytime I asked a question. He hardly went over what the procedure entailed and didn't explain any possible risks. I had also mentioned that I was looking to get other minor work done and he didn't even bother to address it. I get that it was the end of the day but surgery is still surgery! Doctors are supposed to make their client feel comfortable with the surgery. It is my face after all! So of course I am nervous. I was not made to feel at ease about the procedure in the slightest. After he finished his five minute consult he told me someone would get me the price and just walked out. I am beyond upset. I spent 80$ to have someone spend less than ten minutes with me and make me feel like I wasn't worth his time. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

This place doesn't even warrant 1 star! I have gotten fillers and lips done many times by the best…read moreplastic surgeons. My experience in the past is that the plastic surgeon will actually listen to what you want and make suggestions...not look at you with a blank stare and not look at the picture of how you would like your lips to look. No personality at all... I should of left but I figured how can a plastic surg screw this up. I have never had my lips or fillers done the way he did it. #1 he injected Juvederm in the center of my lips on each side top and bottom and this is why they were completely uneven with lumps!!!!! Who does that?!?! #2 he just injected the fillers into my face in a blob. He said I should smooth the areas out over the next couple of days.......what?!? Outcome... two big lumps in between my eyes and painful, uneven lips and lumpy, lumps on my face where he injected and didn't fill the areas on my face that I requested. Do not go to this Place in Orchard park!!!!! I have no experience with the one in Buffalo other then dealing with the rude and not helpful at all office manager.. she wants me to drive 8 hrs to come back and see the doc who did this. I have sent pictures and nope not good enough. I wouldn't have this Doctor( the only Dr. who works in the Orchard park office) try to correct or touch my face ever again!!!!! Trust me DONT GO HERE!!!! Find a different more experience plastic surgeon. I do want to add that the receptionist was very professional and extremely polite.

I booked my daughter an appointment here because several coworkers recommended this place, and I…read morehonestly have no idea why. I am a nurse myself and have never heard of such things. The experience was downright unacceptable. The woman who took her vitals showed up wearing leggings, Crocs, and REEKING of cigarettes. That is beyond unprofessional for a medical office, and I'm honestly shocked that this is considered acceptable by management. Then my daughter had to sit and wait over an hour just to be seen. Completely ridiculous. If you can't manage your schedule, don't book that many patients. The only decent part of the visit was the NP, who was actually kind and personable. The rooms were clean and the front desk did their job. But none of that excuses the lack of basic professionalism. The office was decorated nicely and gave a comfortable atmosphere. I'm extremely disappointed and honestly pretty disgusted by this experience. I expected far better, especially given the recommendations I received.

However, after SHE made an error and I requested a refund in good faith I am extremely disappointed with her professionalism, customer service, and demeanor. I did sign her policy of no refund on services and products rendered but that's the problem- I never got my product because it "oops, slipped through the cracks!" I was patient- no problem. Prior to paying $300 for a peptide I was told it would take a "a week or two" but after a month visit she had no recollection of my purchase. She said she would order again and it would take about a week. I waited approx. two more weeks and still had no call for the peptide and respectfully asked for a refund and to cancel future appointments - I lost faith in something important like a health care provider. I value transparency, accountability, organization, and accuracy when dealing with something as serious as my health. I received a $120 refund - she kept $180 "consultation fee" and told me I signed her policy of no refunds for services and products rendered. I HAVE NO PRODUCT! Apparently the $300 Sermorelin peptide is only $120 and her fee is $180. She defended her unethical behavior by blaming the second portion of the wait (2 weeks) on the hurricane but will not take accountability for her mistake leaving me out $180 and no services nor products rendered. I called trying to sort this out with her and was treated with attitude. I am not in the business of providing negative reviews but think twice about trusting your health to someone who is kind when you agree with her but when questioned and held accountable whacks you with a $180 fee - more than half of the total cost of the product. I am actually relieved this happened before it was something much more serious with my health if THIS is how she responds to fixing her own mistake!!!! Not a good look 716ology. Your patients deserve better treatment and doing what is right for them whether you made a mistake or not....the hurricane explains a few days of the extreme wait for products and services- be honest and own up to your mistake and stop gaslighting your patients when they question you. THAT is MY policy- I should be able to speak freely and question my healthcare provider- a different side of you appeared! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE OF PUTTING MY TRUST IN HER IN THE FIRST PLACE! I simply asked for a refund for services and products NOT RENDERED!!!!!! Proceed with caution.
