The staff is kind and compassionate as well, although upon signing in, it usually takes a bit of time to be seen, varying from 10 minutes to a half hour. But once in the treatment room, you realized you too will receive adequate time for your situation. I feel like I'm seeing a trusted friend and not like I'm some anonymous person herded in and out in a hurry. Parking is behind the building, easy access for ambulatory or handicapped. I discovered some skin cancer so I looked for some help. I had one who wanted to fix my hairline, one who did Magic tricks for me and several others that were just awful. I found Dr. D just after he opened his practice in Clarence We discussed the problems that I had. He diagnosed it gave me a script and in the last five or six years has just about erased the skin cancer completely. He knows exactly what he's doing and he's a good guy on top of it. Only problem it's really rough to get an appointment in the near future. If you need a dermatologist plan on three or four months down the road seeing him it's that hard to get an appointment. He's also got an office staff that are a bunch of really good ladies. They're always bright and cheery make your visit all the more exceptional. I should also add that he has 7 AM appointments. So if you need to go before work it can be done. If you do notice any unusual patches on your skin take it for me don't wait get your butt in there.

First three times all came back w no evidence of cancer. 4th time i got a second opinion from 3 other dermatologists, whom ALL said leave it. Now I have permanent scars from 3 most likely unnecessary procedures. Also prescribed me a topical steroid which put me in the ER 2 times as I was allergic to it. I asked him point blank 2 times if this steroid can cause cardiac symptoms and he stated there is no way possible there was a connection. Well there was a connection, I was allergic to it. And now i have skin issues 1 year later.. w no end in sight.. I cant tell you how much time and money this has cost me.. GET SECOND OPINIONS

As promised, I had my outpatient procedure today and would like to update! Dr. Tambar and her…read moreattending nurse were wonderful (I regret I don't remember her name)! Just like last time, everything was ran efficiently and I was in and out in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job of numbing me up with lidocaine ... when I felt even a bit of anything and would make a wincing face, the attending nurse would notice my reaction and the doctor would give me more. I am such a wimp when it comes to physical pain at all, but it has been almost 7 hours since my procedure began, about 6 1/2 hours since the last shot of lidocaine, and I don't feel much at all. I followed their instructions and they gave me an ice pack to immediately put in my bra on the side of my outpatient procedure and I'm home. They will send to pathology to confirm I am ok and they scheduled me for a follow-up next week. I really love it here. I hope I don't have to come back here, of course, due to the main focus of this office ... but if I did, I would feel I was absolutely in the best hands, and these are warm and compassionate ladies working here, and I truly recommend this place if you find yourself in need of care for your "girls" ... you will be treated with dignity and respect and wonderful bedside manner!
