I had never really ridden a horse before (I'm in my 50s, rode only once before on a vacation) and was thrilled with the care and guidance that the person giving the lesson provided to me. I learned to get the horse from the stall, brush her and prepare her to ride, put on the saddle and gear, and then I walked beautiful Emma over to the arena, where she was kind enough to let me ride her. Josh, who gave me the lesson, taught me to ride her around the arena at a walk and how to stop, then how to go between cones in a pattern, how to trot, how to get back off after it all, and brush the horse again. Unfortunately Pooch Paradise thinks it's good business to just ignore a potential customer's messages. I contacted them over the weekend on Instagram; their bio says they're accepting new clients. A few days later I went back to see if they read the message and they did. I figured that it would be best to give them the benefit of the doubt - maybe they were busy when they initially read the message! So I kindly followed up, and they read the message that same day. Still no response. If the answer was a simple "no" that would've been understandable, but ignoring a potential customer is not a good way to do business.
