The hygienists have all been replaced and the good ones left are leaving left and right. The hygienist I saw 6 months ago is no longer there, what does that say? Today I had an appointment at 8am, and silly me I had it in my calendar for 8:45. My fault, yes. I'm a busy woman, and made a mistake. I received a call that they are charging my account $50 for a "no show" and that they will no longer provide care to me... Over ONE late appointment! I asked if I'd ever signed a document acknowledging the $50 policy and was told that I hadn't and that the new policy went into effect about a year ago. They are sending a final bill and refuse to provide my medical records to another office until the balance is paid. This doesn't seem legal yet alone I'm shocked that this is how they treat their patients. I'm just at a loss for words and respect for this practice and the new doctors that are running it into the ground. The previous doctor was incredible and so kind. This is so unfortunate. Off to find a new dentist and you should too! Don't get caught off guard like I did.

During my daughter's…read moreorthodontic treatment, the original orthodontist quit, and she went months without any adjustments or care. I was left uncertain about what to do next. Months later, a new orthodontist started, and they removed her braces but failed to properly clean the glue off her teeth, requiring them to be shaved down. Then, they scheduled a fitting for her retainers and told us the earliest available appointment was two months away. I had to complain, knowing her teeth would shift during that time. Eventually, they agreed to call us when the retainers came in and just hand them to us. Within a couple of months, the retainers ripped, and later, our dog got ahold of them. We had been assured that if anything happened within the first year, they'd replace them for free as long as we had the pieces. I kept the pieces and scheduled an appointment. But on the day of the appointment, they called to tell me it would cost $450 to replace the top retainer. When I reminded them of what we were told, they said I needed to provide documentation. They should have had this in their records, but of course, they didn't. I found another review stating the same thing and called them back, only to be asked where I saw the review. They offered to do half the price instead. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she was out of the office. When I requested the corporate number, they gave me a false one. I never received a callback. I've already spent so much on braces and received terrible service. I refuse to give them another dollar. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere--this place is a complete joke.

I had a surgery by Dr. Shaw. The result does not look like what I was told would be done. Through…read morethe surgery, the doctor was talking about rock and roll bands on the radio with his assistant almost the entire time, except for a few moments were he seemed a bit in a panic due to some bleeding. Did not talk to me more than a few words. A pretty awful experience overall. About 10 minutes into the surgery I sensed it was not going well but it was too late to stop at that point. Doctor did not prescribe enough pain medication to make it through the weekend and was not available to provide a prescription refill so I had to deal with the post-op pain 'til following Monday. On follow up visits, he took several photos of my mouth without saying anything. Would not recommend.
