There was 1 lady there working all by herself but luckily they weren't busy. She was super nice and professional and made the whole experience better than my previous visit. In total it took about 15 minutes from enter to exit. That's how it should be. I was allowed 4 minutes this time instead of 2 and I wasn't treated like a druggie or looked down upon at all. The last visit I had was not good, I felt I was labeled as soon as I walked in. Anyways, I passed the test we chatted and that was it. Like I said, much better experience this time. NO ONE was in the lobby. A young girl maybe in her 30's came out and says she won't be able to draw for my labs because she can only do it 10 min before my appointment. She was rude and not accommodating. I cancelled my appointment, I don't want anyone with that attitude and demeanor to have a needle near me. I will never go back and I'm going to tell my provider not to use them.
