We moved to TN from NY at the beginning of Covid and had not seen a dentist for several years now. Glasscock Dentistry on Nolensville Road is fantastic! They have a great location with front door parking. The office is welcoming and super clean! Every single staff member treated us like we had been coming there for years. Amy, our hygenist, was gentle and kind. She kept us informed each step of the way and my kids loved her. One of my kids has special needs so I worry a little more about her. Dr. Glasscock made her so comfortable and treated her with such compassion. My daughter isn't afraid to go back and that makes a big difference. A couple of my kids needed a referral and appointment with a surgeon to have wisdom teeth extracted. The wonderful young woman at the front desk made all of the calls for us and set everything up so all we had to do was show up. She went above and beyond to help us out and get us where we needed to be. If you are looking for a dentist, I suggest you make an appointment with Glasscock Dental and for goodness sakes, don't forget to floss!

I only had a very small chip in one, but both had worn enamel on the backsides from teeth grinding. Dr. Wickness simply recommended bonding to strengthen the teeth and repair the chipped one. He also talked about my bite and how it impacts tooth health, grinding, etc. The first dentist never even mentioned that was a consideration. A few days later, my new dentist, Dr. Wickness performed the work recommended and my teeth look great now and feel strong. I definitely wanted to keep my existing teeth and Dr. Wickness helped me accomplish that. it's never fun spending a lot of money at the dentist office and I do my best to take care of my teeth, but at some point, you have to find an honest, reputable dentist and trust them. I finally found one!

We showed up to the office to find that the dentist left a couple of weeks ago to go to NY for an orthodontics residency! No telephone call; no e-mail; no letter - nothing informing us of this change. Will not try another one of their offices, either. And as a partner of the Marquee Dental Partners - I called them to tell them how unprofessional this was - and they could not have cared less. I have never, ever known such a complete lack of professionalism and lack of regard for patients.
