Great week long stay here for work. Older location but rooms are clean and nice. Lounge for status members is of a good size and accessible right from lobby area. Fairly well stocked. Good decent food for the work conference we had. Some issues with A/C on some hot days. Easy parking area by front door and quick transport to the Manchester Airport. Downtown Nashua is a very short drive away with some excellent restaurant choices! read more

The its clean and pool and amenities are great. We stay here as my brother lived near here for many years however passed in 2011. I go about twice a year as we made beautiful Blessed memories here. I have stayed at others but this is best for me, my children and my grands. read more

Who wouldn't stay in a hotel that looks like a castle, right?! Although the outside looks like a castle, which is cool, the inside is pretty modern. A couple of things that weren't the best for our stay: We asked to get moved because the a/c in our room was extremely loud and gave off a weird smell, plus the adjoining door had a broken lock. We only had 1 room so this was definitely a safety concern. Something we noticed in both rooms is that the front room door was not flush; had a gap (see pic). First time in NH. Upon driving up to the hotel, it's hard to not be impressed by what looks like a castle. Let's go over the basics: Room: Spacious and comfortable. I love the stand up desk function on the round table in the corner. It made my remote work easy. The bed was great; the pillows were too soft for my personal liking. The bathroom was spacious and the view from the 4th floor wasn't bad at all! The fridge came in handy, as did the USB outlets on the headboard/nightstand. Food: Breakfast service was a little slow, but Hannah (I believe that was her name) was incredible and made sure to check on our food once she saw we'd been waiting for a bit. The breakfast burrito was a little bland but still rather filling, my husband chose the Irish oatmeal and said it was a good choice. Location: Easy to find (unless waze takes you around the back of the hotel, which is full of potholes...) with decent food choices close by and stores in the close vicinity. Parking: There's plenty of it in front of the hotel. No need to fight for the front row! Pulling up to the hotel is for pick up and drop off only, don't leave your vehicle there - buses pass through. Service: My only qualm was our first night we had no hot water. The following morning immediately after we had breakfast I let the front desk know. I was asked "did you let it run for a bit?" They took my room number and said nothing else. I left for the day and came back down to the front desk later that evening and told the same person that I still had no hot water. I was told one of the boilers had broken and that they were moving me to another immediately. I'm grateful, but wish we'd been moved a little earlier. Regardless, a small issue rectified before our departure. A solid 4/5. Would definitely stay again. read more

Our daughter's wedding was in November 2025. Accommodations were over the top from pricing, rooms, rehersal dinner, and the wedding. Laura, the wedding coordinator went far and beyond to make our weekend event spectacular. We had Kevin and Katie the waiter and waitress along with their staff accommodate both wedding and rehearsal dinner party. Brian, the bar tender also served both events with great service and a smile! Hats off to the Chef, our guests are still raving about our meal from beginning to end. They put me on the third floor, first room in hallway, had to hear the elevator every time it went up and down. Hotel wasn't full, told them that room should be booked last. I don't think they really cared.... Room was clean, white sheets, clean bathroom. read more

Check in was weird. The girl at the front desk was a little short with me... then I thought our coffee pot was missing a piece so I called for another. After an hour or so I had to call down again. We were headed out so I asked them to just leave it at the door along with a thrown blanket. We went to the restaurant in the hotel which was nice. We went out, came back to have a drink at the restaurant in the hotel but it was closed at 11, even through the hours said opened till 12. We get to our room and outside is a huge comforter on the floor and the coffee pot. We get inside and there is a used pod in the coffee pot. At check out, they charged the wrong card for the room. I just feel for the price we paid for our suite we shouldn't have had these issues. The room was decent. Loved the shampoo and conditioner! read more

Overall, the hotel looks great and has some great décor; however, the service of the front counter staff and housekeeping leaves much to be desired. Front Counter Upon check-in (Sunday evening), the woman was polite, welcoming my colleague and myself to the hotel. The week day and week evening front counter staff were cold and emotionless. The staff during the week (Mon - Wed) did not welcome guests or greet them as they entered or approached the front counter and did not appear to be very concerned when issues were brought up to them - issues had to be reported multiple times. Housekeeping At first appearance, when entering our rooms, they appeared to be clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the initial appearance quickly dissipated when personal property from a previous guest was found or when multiple hairs were found in the bathroom and shower from either a previous guest or the housekeeping staff. Additionally, the housekeeping staff failed to adequately upkeep the rooms throughout the stay. The staff made the beds, but did not replace coffee, creamers, sugar, or provide stir sticks. On at least one day, the housekeeping staff failed to replace used towels, but instead, they removed the soiled towels only...no replacement provided. General These issues typically don't bother me when they happen as a one off; however, because all of these things occurred during a 3-day stay and they occurred multiple times, it is very concerning and therefore they only receive 2-stars. read more

Absolutely awful. I tried to get a hold of someone in reservations or the front desk to confirm a reservation and it was busy for hours. When I finally got through I was forced to deal with a recorded voice trying its best to keep me from talking to a human. After 5 minutes of that, I finally got put on hold for 10 minutes listening to God-awful music, then was disconnected. Remember the days when you could call the front desk and talk to a human? Absolutey disgusting hotel. My work is 100% travel and in all the of hundreds of hotels I have stayed in this was the WORST. This establishment should not even be open due to unsanitary conditions. I checked in late at night that is the only reason I did not immediatley change hotels. The first room I checked into the window was wide open with no screens the curtains had misquitos all over them and the shower floor was absolutely filthy. I went downstairs to check into a new room hoping for a better outcome. My second room I checked into was on the bottom floor and again the window were wide open with no screens. Bugs in the room and shower tub covered in brown stains. The windows do not lock and you can slide them open from the outside which is extremely unsafe especially on the bottom floor?? I pushed some furniture in front of my window so that I could feel a little more safe because my window can be open from the outside and does not lock. When I moved the chair over there was a pile of dog shit on the floor. That is absolutly so disgusting and I did take photos that I will be posting in a review. The only reason I checked into a THIRD room that night was that it was 2:00am and I had to wake up at 6:00am for work the next day. Needless to say I checked into a new hotel the next day. Worst hotel expierance of my life. Does not even deserve a 1 star. read more

I'm so bummed to have to write this review. I am a mom of 3 all under 4 years of age and I finally decided I was going to book a hotel room to get a nice uninterrupted night of sleep. I booked a king room and got my girls to bed and couldn't wait to drive the 10 mins to the hotel and go to sleep! Well I get to the hotel and check in get to my room and realize it's a queen room but besides that the ac was not functioning! Ugh so have to trek back to front desk. They explain they can't give me a king room ok fine but they did switch me to a room with working ac. I get to my room a little later then I would like since had to wait for the room switch. But finally get there and go to sleep. Next morning I'm so excited to get a child free shower and do all the things I don't typically get a chance to! I turn the tv on and start the shower. In the shower I realize there is no conditioner! Go to get out of the shower and realize there are NO TOWELS in my room. I try to call down to the front desk and it doesn't work. Ugh Ok I compromise and dry with a washcloth. Starting to get ready and watching the morning news and no lie the tv conks out!! Needless to say I will not be returning to this hotel. It wasn't cheap, I'm a tired mom and was looking for some R&R and this was not it. I explained to the front desk and supervisor did offer me a free breakfast but I would have much rather been reimbursed for the lack of amenities a working tv and just the hassle! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. Especially the troll looking General Manager KATHLEEN PARKS. The absolute rudest, most condescending woman/man whatever it is, I have ever met in my life. She should not be in the hospitality business. They put us on an allergy free floor knowing we had dogs and then called and complained that we had to move rooms. Mind you we are in the process of buying a new home so this was a temporary stay. After much inconvenience, we move to another floor. Our dogs are very well behaved, there is no policy on their website about having to leash dogs. Our dog is good offleash. After the inconvenience we already experienced, Kathleen "Karen" Parks decided to make a visit to our room. After explaining our frustrations with her, she kept a smirk on her face the whole time and threatened to kick us out and call the cops because we didn't have our dog on a leash. They then continued to cancel the rest of our stay. Not to mention our new room we moved to kept getting an odor of gas/propane. Place is still a shithole along with its Staff. this hotel was HORRIBLE. Went for our honeymoon weekend because the website listed room service and a restaurant was closed permanently . There is no room service and the hotel staff at the front desk had no more than to say "oh sorry.". the food options in their new "cafe style" we're terrible. No easy way to get bacon and eggs without leaving the premesis. Also, the hot tub was broken because the boiler had been down for a few months (months?!) and the steam room wasnt working. our view out our window was of a giant AC unit, and the cream for my coffee curdled. it really could not have been a worse experience. i will give credit to the bar tender and food service manager who were doing the very best they could with what their company gave them. what a mess. this place is sure to go under. also, while waiting for breakfast (which was tasteless) 3 parties left because they were appalled at the menu. i ordered a soft pretzel and it was rock hard. I hate to write such a negative review but we were incredibly disappointed with the entire experience. read more

We visited the Sheraton over Memorial Day weekend to attend a local soccer tournament. We have been coming to this hotel for years. Last year was our first experience with the hotel being under new management. They had just gone through a renovation and we were some of the first people to stay. It was pretty chaotic since they had just opened and they were dealing with so many people. We took this with a grain of salt and everyone very much enjoyed themselves. To my understanding last year the hotel had a poor experience with the behavior of some of people attending the soccer tournament and that they decided to instill some new rules. I have no problem with that at all. What was not necessary was the attitude from almost every employee that I encountered before any rules were broken. I made sure my family and especially my children followed all of the posted rules yet we were treated as though we had broken them all. Customer service was lacking from the moment I checked in when I was asked a question and was cut off before I could even finish my sentence. This continued when I sat at the bar in the lobby to purchase a cocktail. The bartender immediately started telling me about how horrible everyone was last year and how tough it was on him and continued to complain to everyone. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over twenty years most of which were bartending. As a paying customer I want you to greet me with a smile and pour my drink. I do not want to hear about how miserable you are and how horrible our children and friends are. To say that the employees and management of this establishment were unnecessarily rude would be a gross understatement. If the goal was to get us to not return that may be the only thing they were successful at. read more
