Five nights here in the middle of winter and it was very comfortable. The hotel is located quite close to retail shopping and a restaurant is within walking distance. My room on the fourth floor was very quiet with minimal hallway noise and minimal outside noise. It's near a busy intersection, so there was a little bit of traffic noise but it went away by bedtime. In the morning, I encountered my only complaint - none of the doors on the remodeled fourth floor have slow-close springs. Several folks let the doors slam and this was quite unpleasant. Hopefully they get this resolved. The room was clean with two firm queen beds and a decent work desk. Plenty of outlets at the desk and at the bedside. Wifi worked very well with no slowdown in the evening. Bathroom was clean and plenty of counterspace, shower had lots of very hot water. The room also featured a small coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave. A great place to stay in Nashua, I would stay here again if I am in the area. [Review 10435 overall, 202 of 2019.]

Stayed for one night in mid-October amidst COVID. It was a wonderful experience. When we checked in, we asked the woman at reception if she had any recommendations for dinner. We were also commenting on what the weather was going to be like. When we went back down after putting our suitcases away in the room, the woman asked if I was the one who asked about the weather and then told me what the weather was going to be like in Nashua for the next few days. I thought that was very nice. My other run in with her was when I wanted to use the fitness room after dinner. I didn't know, but I was supposed to make a reservation. It was 10pm and no one else had made a reservation, or was using the fitness room. She let me in and was extremely friendly about it. The man at the desk the next morning was equally as friendly. Nashua is honestly a great place for people. All that we encountered were genuine, welcoming, and helpful people. The rooms here were very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The fitness room was also clean and there were a bunch of cleaning items available to clean the equipment before and after your workout. The breakfast here was very good as well. Although there wasn't a hot buffet provided because of COVID, there were items to pick from including coffee, bagels, fruit and nut bars and pastries.

This hotel is exactly what we needed. It's quiet, clean, has a small pool, a nice hot breakfast, clean spacious rooms, and a friendly staff. Nashua also has Lyft and Uber, so delicious seafood is easy to access. Bonus: Uber Eats delivers to this hotel. We had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn Nashua. We would definitely return to this hotel if visiting Nashua in the future.

We have stayed here MANY times in the past, and I think this last time (last weekend) was our last stay. We are loyal to Hilton brands when they are available (I'm a Gold member). We stay because we know what to expect. This Hampton Inn has slowly fallen out of that expectation. The rooms need to be updated, some of the staff we encountered were less than accommodating or friendly (front desk). Digital key wasn't working this last time, and our plastic key barely worked and we had to have that replaced. When we arrived, the person working the front desk was nowhere to be found, and there was also water all over the floors and elevator from people using the pool. Just not what we expect from a Hilton brand. We like this location, but I doubt we will stay again until improvements are made. We visit Nashua often because we have family there. I have already canceled our next reservation there and booked the Homewood Suites instead.

    The modern & welcoming entrance.

The rooms are cramped, walls are paper thin, and worst of all DIRTY. Upon checking in I found my sheets were covered in hair. The same can be said of the pillow cases and shower curtain. It was clear that nothing in this room had ever been cleaned. Upon showering the smell emanating from the shower curtain grew. It stank of cigarettes and curry; a putrid combo. The room also faintly smelled of cigarettes from other patrons smoking on the balcony all night. Needless to say, I will never return. Poor form, not very sporting. TL;DR Noisy, Stinky, Dirty. AVOID!!

Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable Stay This was one of…read morethe most disgusting hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The condition of the room was shocking and completely unacceptable for paying guests. The mattresses were flat, misshapen, and heavily stained with deep yellow discoloration that looked unsanitary and unsafe to sleep on. To make matters worse, the mattresses were actually smaller than the cheap metal cot-style bed frames they sat on. Because of this, you could clearly see the dirt, debris, and built-up filth accumulated around the mattress and frame -- something no guest should ever have to see. The room itself was bare and uncomfortable, with no lamps, no end tables, and no decor -- just a plain white room under harsh fluorescent lighting that made the space feel more like a prison cell than a hotel. The bathroom was equally disturbing, with stained tile that appeared poorly cleaned and neglected. There were also cigarette burns on the TV stand, reinforcing the overall impression that maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority here. This was not simply an older or budget hotel -- the room was filthy and far below basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.

This location failed from the ground up, from housekeeping, to front desk management not attempting to contact us while we were onsite, to no follow up from upper management within 24 hours of the incident. I do not recommend anyone staying here. It is unhygienic and unsafe, especially if you have children. This situation has left me with no faith In this brand. My less than one year old found broken glass in the room and put it in her mouth. We immediately took it out before she was hurt. When we went to look for more it turned out to be a broken crack pipe sitting in the corner of the room (picture included). When I brought the pipe to the desk I was not rude but was rightly upset (I know it's not the front desks fault) the staff proceeded to tell me they knew that the previous occupants had been doing drugs in the room, and had to clean more than a few pipes out of said room. Now there are a couple of issues with this. 1) This room was less than 100 feet from the front desk, you knew what was going on and didn't call the cops? 2) This means no one ran a vacuum or even walked around the room to double check that it was a safe and clean environment for the next guest prior to check in? 3) How clean can their regular rooms be? If they didn't vacuum I highly doubt they wiped anything down. Those kinds of drugs leave a residue that can be absorbed by the skin putting anyone in that room in danger of exposure like my two small children who crawl, touch everything, and put their hands in their mouths. Then the run around started. I requested to speak to a general manager or higher and was told he wasn't in and hard to get a hold of during the weekends. Then I was told more than 4 times by multiple employees that they had spoken to Greg multiple times, he just refused to speak to me (that's a great way to represent the company you work for). I also requested to speak to the management of housekeeping and received the same answers... absolutely disrespectful. My child was exposed to drugs and if we didn't catch her as quickly as we did her life could have been put In danger and nobody cared. When I called all of the corporate numbers, I couldn't get through to anyone and was left on hold for at least an hour and that's another corporate failure.

There was a loud fan noise in the bathroom. But with the door shut it didn't bother me. A/c heat worked well and can be turned off completely. A con is that you cannot open the window for fresh air. No fridge or microwave. Tucked in a wooden area.

A true, traditional, historic B and B can't be beat, and that is what Timber Post is! She dealt with my questions very helpfully over the phone before arriving, and then the moment I arrived. Vivian has every little beautiful or welcoming detail covered, and the place is immaculately clean. There are intriguing antiques and pictures everywhere to add to the ambiance. The breakfast is sumptuous, but despite all that work, she was kind enough to make me something I preferred. I stayed two nights, at the start and end of my road trip, in two different parts of her lodgings. Both were lovely. It's quiet, for a light sleeper like me, and also important for a woman traveling alone, I felt safe. Vivian even has done the genealogy on the Inn from its early years, and discovered she's descended from the some of the original owners! She said how the community there has been so kind to her. Now that's real sense of place. I highly recommend Timber Post for a true New England Bed and Breakfast experience, in rural Hollis. A delight.

Note: I deleted and reposted this, bc her response illegally posted some personally identifiable information. The response also showed the inability to internalize feedback, and misguided perspective on that feedback. Example: We SHOWED her the booking.com website where it clearly stated private bathroom in multiple places. I've added the photo to show that it said private bathroom, and yet she's insisting that it does not show this. This is how delusional she is.
