DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Let me start by saying child endangerment, negligence, dirty rooms, and heartlessness. This location failed from the ground up, from housekeeping, to front desk management not attempting to contact us while we were onsite, to no follow up from upper management within 24 hours of the incident. I do not recommend anyone staying here. It is unhygienic and unsafe, especially if you have children. This situation has left me with no faith In this brand. My less than one year old found broken glass in the room and put it in her mouth. We immediately took it out before she was hurt. When we went to look for more it turned out to be a broken crack pipe sitting in the corner of the room (picture included). When I brought the pipe to the desk I was not rude but was rightly upset (I know it's not the front desks fault) the staff proceeded to tell me they knew that the previous occupants had been doing drugs in the room, and had to clean more than a few pipes out of said room. Now there are a couple of issues with this. 1) This room was less than 100 feet from the front desk, you knew what was going on and didn't call the cops? 2) This means no one ran a vacuum or even walked around the room to double check that it was a safe and clean environment for the next guest prior to check in? 3) How clean can their regular rooms be? If they didn't vacuum I highly doubt they wiped anything down. Those kinds of drugs leave a residue that can be absorbed by the skin putting anyone in that room in danger of exposure like my two small children who crawl, touch everything, and put their hands in their mouths. Then the run around started. I requested to speak to a general manager or higher and was told he wasn't in and hard to get a hold of during the weekends. Then I was told more than 4 times by multiple employees that they had spoken to Greg multiple times, he just refused to speak to me (that's a great way to represent the company you work for). I also requested to speak to the management of housekeeping and received the same answers... absolutely disrespectful. My child was exposed to drugs and if we didn't catch her as quickly as we did her life could have been put In danger and nobody cared. When I called all of the corporate numbers, I couldn't get through to anyone and was left on hold for at least an hour and that's another corporate failure. read more

I was pleasantly surprised that I liked this hotel. It is an older hotel than has been remodeled. Quiet night in a comfortable bed. I did have to get the engineer up to fix the cable tv. There was a loud fan noise in the bathroom. But with the door shut it didn't bother me. A/c heat worked well and can be turned off completely. A con is that you cannot open the window for fresh air. No fridge or microwave. Tucked in a wooden area. read more

Biggest issue was the pool during our stay. Both the pool and hot tub had food floating in it. There was food all around the deck and it was a total mess. We picked this hotel for the indoor pool and was very disappointed it was kept clean. Had to deal with two screaming children after a 14 hour drive that they couldn't go in the pool. No monitoring of the family that was eating in it the whole time and nothing said to the family after it was reported. We seriously looked at changing hotels after we got here. Tried the pool a second day. Hot tub was closed and maintenance was working on the floor by the back left corner. No plastic barrier put up. So I'll the debris he was churning up was just floating like a cloud into the pool. Rooms are a bit dated, they where clean, but the hotel needs an upgrade to each of the rooms. I had the worst experience at the Courtyard Nashua in Nashua, NH. I checked in on Friday, 4/28/2023 and I called to see if we could check in earlier than 3pm. My family and I were here for my Masters graduation from SNHU. We arrived in at 1:40pm and I was able to check in early with my family. Immediately walking into my room on the 2nd floor I noticed it was stuffy with no air. My sister ended up having an asthma attack within 10 min of sitting in the room. I called the front desk and they were able to move us but it would take 30 min so the cleaners could vacuum and make sure the new room on the 3rd floor was better. I bumped into another visitor who was staying in the hotel and he made mention he had issues in his room. The front desk was trying to help but it wasn't a good interaction. I will never patronize this hotel wet l ever again. The new room was was a little better but there were 2 towels that looked wet like they were used. This was my first time in Nashua and this hotel put a bad taste in my mouth for me and my family. I would not recommend this establishment. I only booked this hotel because all the other hotels close to the graduation were fully booked. I will do better next time and book a hotel with better reviews and location. read more

Stayed at Marriott many times these pass eight years. Have never had a problem until now. Needed my room cleaned so housekeeping came I was eating so I left room while she cleaned. When I came back she was still in hall so I looked in my bag to tip her and my money was gone. Went to front desk was told this never happens thought about it went back to speak to mngr that when Gregg is his name came out telling me Hskg left I told my grandson to see if she was still there. That's when Gregg started yelling say I'm on employee discount he will charge my card full price just yelling in front of quest and employees. At this point I dismissed my self called police. He proceeded to tell police again about employee discount what does that have to do with his behavior.Very unprofessional I checked out and will never stay there again if this is how mngr act I suggest you stay somewhere else. The bar downstairs in the lobby typically has a couple of TVs going all day and evening. This is the worst hotel ever. Do NOT stay here. You will regret it. Paint is chipping off the ceiling, there was hair in the bathroom and on the ceiling, mold in the shower and now the hot water has broken and no one can provide a truthful answer for when it will be fixed. On top of all of that, the front desk staff is rude and not the least bit empathetic that the hot water is broken. In addition, they ask if you want your room serviced but don't actually service it. This is not the standard Marriott experience I'm accustomed too. My colleagues and I will be informing our company to never recommend this hellhole to anyone else again. read more

First of all I'm just completely grossed out by this hotel water sink! I mean literally I'm washing my face workout watching the color of the water ... it was brown water coming out of the faucet! Completely not acceptable. The TV is extremely small and took me a while to get it to turn on because the plugs are so obsolete. Very small end table by the bed side. Such a small room and completely unlike some of the courtyard I have stayed at. This is definitely probably the worst of all of the courtyard I've stayed at. We arrived here about 4:00pm with an online reservation. My wife is in the Quarter Century Club having worked for Marriott for more than 30 years, so she gets a substantial discount. The counter person refused to give us the quoted rate without a letter from our employer. We explained that we were retired, therefore we had no employer. Showing her the Quarter Century Club card and the reservation stored on the Iphone made no difference to her. She called someone, whom she said was her supervisor, and told us that the supervisor concurred and that we would be required to pay the full rate. At that point we told her that we would not be staying at the hotel. She then informed us that it did not matter because we would be charged the full rate anyway because we did not give them 24hours notice. We drove the two hours home and contacted Marriott Corporate. They informed us that the counter person was wrong, that we in fact were intitled to the rate we were quoted online. They also said that we would not be charged anything. They said that the hotel manager would be contacted about retraining their employees to properly handle the Quarter Century Club discounts. They apologized profusely and asked us to call them immediately if this ever happened again. We love staying at Marriott and will continue to do so. But as for the Courtyard Nashua...we will abide by the old saying "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". The logic being that if they are improperly trained in this procedure, then they are possibly, if not likely improperly trained in other procedures. Mike read more

This is a very upscale Courtyard with pretty much everything you would find at a Marriott hotel. It's in a very quiet location where you can walk the half mile circle, drive into town, or see the strip, right off the highway. I am pretty sure you can get room service from their great restaurant, or eat in the bar area, which is nice. Rooms are typical Courtyard, very comfortable and built for a business traveler with a work table and lounge chair. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. Hotel is getting renovated which should make it even nicer. Four floors. No Bistro but a very nice full service restaurant. Nashua is a very nice little town with lots to see and do. read more

We attended a wedding there for our nice I can't say enough about the staff, as we all know everyone is under staffed in these times including this hotel however you would never know it. My wife is in a wheelchair and also on oxygen we let the staff know in advance and they had everything we needed set up in advance and even more just in case. The food was excellent and everyone we came into contact with was so accommodating. they came back to check on us five times in the 4 hours we were there twice it was the "Manager Himself" if your ever having an event and need a place to hold it I strongly recommend this fine hotel! read more

Been here many years ago and very glad thy renovated but missing a few things. Let's start with the negatives because there are a few. - Bed very firm and too uncomfortable for me; I tossed all night and didn't sleep well - King room is very small, crowded with a small couch that is also firm, a desk, and bureau; probably would have been better to get a double Queen room - No blanket to use when lounging on the couch; shouldn't have to ask for it - No refrigerator in room; again, shouldn't have to ask for it but also, where would it fit with the lack of space? - Very small and crowded bathroom. My 3/4 bath at home is bigger and it doesn't have a full tub/shower - No power USB outlets to charge the smartphone or tablet; am surprised with a 2016 recent renovation that was not considered - Temperature in the room was unstable; couldn't get thermostat adjusted to the correct temperature all night. Another reason for not sleeping well. Either too cold or too hot - Cost of room a bit high for such a small space Onto the Positives: - Room was very clean - Staff friendly, attentive, and cheerful at front desk - Staff serving breakfast vet attentive; we gave an additional tip to the young man who was assisting and running around - Breakfast was delicious; chose the morning scramble which was much more food than I usually eat for breakfast and thus could not eat it all - Location of Courtyard is set back in a quiet neighborhood and safe - parking lot at night is well lit - Check out time 12pm That's about it for my summary. We booked our hotel room block here for our wedding. The rooms themselves are nothing spectacular - even the room we had for our wedding night. The "bridal suite" was a little oversold - it didn't really live up to the pictures provided in the packet. The event coordinating staff was great - they were super easy to work with, flexible about our room block date (especially due to the challenges of COVID). The after party space we were provided was a perfect size and convenient. The fact that the hotel coordinated the buses for our guests to the venue was a huge load off for us - one less thing for us to coordinate. The hotel also had a huge parking lot for all of our out-of-town guests. We also loved the actual courtyard with the fire pit. It became the communal area for the wedding for the weekend, and added a lot. The bar in the lobby was a particular highlight, with convenient location and an awesome drink location. We ended up being able to watch a football game there the day after. Ultimately, you can probably get a slightly higher quality room at another hotel; however, the convenience and service provided made up the difference. read more

I have been a Marriott platinum member for over a decade and this is the worst Courtyard I have ever stayed at. First, there is NO STAFF. One person at the desk that is completely overwhelme, can't check anyone in timely and can't answer calls from guests etc...Refrigerator in room did not work, AC did not work, took over 2 hours to get towels and had to go to a critical business meeting without showering. They JUST COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT!!!! Went to the desk 4 times to get towels and explained the situation, they couldn't even get me 1 towel or shampoo. I stayed here for the pool and hot tub. I was notified the day before my stay that the place was under construction and the pool and hot tub were not available. I can understand that and blame myself for maybe not realizing it was under construction. Not a big deal. The big problems were the beds. Most uncomfortable beds I've slept in at any Matriott. The sheets kept coming off and exposing the gross mattress pad that was pretty rinky dink as well. Then the morning manager guy. Total dick! I had to be on the road at 7 am on a Saturday. They don't start breakfast until 7. That is pretty late in my experiences with Marriot (75 nights/ year). I can usually sneak in early and grab something like cereal and be on my way. It's 6:45am. So I asked the manager where the breakfast room is. He came back with a real fast and snooty;"Breakfast is at 7am." I came back with; "not when, where is breakfast?" He went on to explain that there is nothing available until 7. When I asked if coffe were available, he asked if I "we're a registered guest of the hotel". At 6:45 in the morning.... For a cup of free crappy coffe! I politely told him I was and he pointed me to the Coffe. Next a guest pulled me to the side and explained to me that dude is a dick. I agreed. Then the nice guest pointed me down the hall to the breakfast room where breakfast was all set up and had been serving since 6:30am! There was a server and about 10 guest in there enjoying a nice breakfast. The manager could have just pointed down the hall. Instead he had some sort of ego trip following the exact rules. This was my first stay since the renovations. Pros: Clean. Hotel floor was quiet. Front desk was very friendly. Easy, fast check in. Really nice public space since the renovations. Cons: My king room felt cramped, especially the bathroom. With the toilet in the middle of the bathroom, it was hard to move around. Big couch in the room takes up too much space. Small table to eat on. Bed was a bit firm for my taste. A/C kept shutting on and off--no way to keep it on constantly. Room would get hot then cold. Does not offer (free) buffet breakfast, like other properties in the area. Bistro looked like it would be overpriced. (Bistro was trying to be too cool--came across as pretentious.) Had to go out for breakfast. Room price was a bit steep for the amenities and cramped room--especially with no frig or microwave offered. Overall, not bad for an overnight stay. But for the price, they could at least include some kind of breakfast. read more

I went here for a meeting. The audio was clear and the staff brought in extra chairs throughout the event as needed. The toilet in the nearest restroom was weird, very close to the ground like it was for a little kid. Parking was ample and highway access is good, but I don't stay at Marriotts because they don't include breakfast with your room rate. I have stayed here a few times in the last month. I usually stay at a neighboring hotel but for now I will be staying at the Courtyard. I have really enjoyed my stays. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are cosy and clean. The roasted brussel sprouts are the must eat for the evening. There is a Starbucks on property which is served by a wonderful gentleman in the morning. It's not a typical Starbucks menu. They have omelets or however you want your eggs. Very accommodating on swaps, I wanted fruit instead of potatoes and English muffin instead of toast. Both were no problem, no charge. The only negative is that they don't put prices on the cafe menu. Most people like to know what they are paying. read more

Great remodel ... Rooms are fine... The Bistro... Fine... The Bar? They installed an elevated border or sushi shelf like thing around the bar... Inhibits the bar tenders from servicing the customers... The border shelf precludes the bar tenders from seeing if you need another drink or when they bring you food.. They need to hand the plate to you vice placing it on the bar.... Not efficient. And potentially messy. Also... Ever seen Jurassic Park as in the movie? The sliding glass entrance door sounds like a raptor from the movie screaming whenever it opens or closes. Annoying. All in all a very clean and comfortable place to stay except for the nits identified above. read more

Had a reservation to get my 2 boys out during the snow, purposely chose the courtyard because of the pool and so they could watch tv afterwards. Checked in, was not told anything but given a room key. Got up to the room and no tv service. I called the front desk and was told "Oh ya we have no satellite". When I explained this wouldnt be ok due to having 2 young boys with me she rudely said "ok well you can just check out then" which I did but the room charge has still yet to come off my card. King bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. 4th floor room had a nice view of the fire pit outside and glimpses of the inside pool. Drinks at the bar are a bit pricey but the staff is very upbeat and courteous. The inside pool is large, water is warm, there is a hot tub, it was being used by soccer kids...lol so I took a pass on that. The staff lady at the pool was very friendly and was handling all the kids from the soccer teams very well by making sure everyone got to swim while they had a pool game going. Breakfast was good, staff friendly. I liked the way when staff walked by they made it a point to ask if everything was ok and if they could get anything for you., from the front desk to the custodians you are greeted with a smile. Typical business style. Clean. Two adults, two small children in my party. Rooms are not very wide. Stumbling over eachother seems to be the norm these days in hotel rooms. The mathemetician must have scaled down the rooms to make it better for the corporation's bottom line but not the customer's creature comfort. Yet, that's what those spacious lobby's are for, I guess. Computers everywhere in the lobby. I did not feel encroached upon. And, what is it about hotel room bathrooms not having VENT fans? Whew! Courtesy coffee in the morning in the lobby....but, puhleeze, get rid of the little plastic creamer cup things. No class. Put a container(s) of cream on the counter, would ya? Nothing more annoying than having to peel these little creamer cups (and several of them) just to get your morning jolt going. I mentioned it to Cathy behind the reception counter and she gave me this standard corporation answer, and suggested that if I needed help opening those containers to bring them to her and she would be glad to help me. Stayed here for work and was not impressed. Apart from the whirlpool and swimming pool, there are a few things they need to work on... - Breakfast is NOT included and costs 12.99$. I checked out this buffet and its no different than the free Homewood Suites breakfast. Basically all Sysco stuff, non local, and definitely not healthy for you. Thank you very much, Id rather starve. - Coffee comes with Styrofoam cups. For a hotel that tries to help the environment with their towel problem (ie, save money really) they sure like using materials which dont decompose and have been linked with causing breast cancer. Why not have a pile of ceramic mugs? - Checking out their fitness room, did not see any weights. Just a bunch of thread machines. - They dont have proper 'do not disturb' door cards. Not sure if the 'wait 30 moments' card means someone will be walking into my room or not. Meaning, if I need my room cleaned, then I would like to indicate as such and not have cleaning service potentially come into my room each day. They also have free wifi and an office type section. They really cater to the out of state worker from New York here, not really the health conscious people on the go. read more

First off, this review is more about Marriott Hotels "Courtyard" model than it is a reflection on the Nashua location. Overall, the Nashua staff and service is good. The Nashua location is a lousy building design and even with the remodel ranks pretty low for me. The biggest gripe is winter, as the "Bistro" is pretty much in the foyer and your dinner or breakfast gets blast-frozen every time the door opens. What moron designed this building? I stay here 6-10x a year (that's with a serious effort to avoid this place) and they're pretty consistent. Now on to the the Courtyard model and Marriott's half baked idea to polish up a crappy hotel and give the illusion of modern luxury... Hey Marriott: 1. Arugula. Putting arugula with everything on the menu does does not make you a "Bistro". Slapping arugula on a plate is today's culinary equivalent of plopping a giant branch of rosemary on a plate. Useless. I swear they actually had the nerve to serve me arugula to the side of my Caesar salad! 2. Starbucks. Seriously? With the empire of Marriott you would think they could come up with their own signature roasts and do a better job. What a sellout. Starbucks is garbage. Consistent garbage, but no less overpriced and still garbage. 3. "Bistro" menu. Really? Can we get some healthy choices? (Actually healthy.
