Considering it vital to my health and wellbeing I have been receiving professional massages for much of my adult life. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had a five-year absence in getting massages until this week. Upon my arrival I noted that Sylvia and Ludo paid a great attention to detail, creating an environment that is serene and relaxing. I chose the full body experience of a Swedish massage. In my 60+ years of having massages I know that every massage therapist brings his/her own unique style and talents but I had no expectations. During the session my sense of Ludo is that he works hard to relieve your tensions. His warm, "healing hands" are guided by his spirit and genuine care for one's wellbeing. With little tips here and there, he teaches as he moves through the treatment and demonstrates awareness of your body's sensitivities. Besides getting the benefit of a regular massage, Ludo augments treatment with the use of hot Himalayan salt stones that contain several essential minerals and aid in the body's natural detoxification process. The session ended with me having a sense of wellbeing, relaxation and looking forward to the next session. The hour passed far too quickly. read more

A Personal Testimonial on Exceptional Care in Cochise County I recently had the pleasure of receiving a 90-minute consultation and massage from Ludo at Shepherd's Touch for just $49 during a special offer, and I can confidently say it was worth every penny. Ludo is truly a healer, combining skill, patience, and empathy to provide restorative care that exceeded my expectations. Living with an undiagnosed condition that requires the use of a walker/rollator often makes medical appointments challenging, but Ludo was exceptionally patient with my needs and my slower pace. The environment felt safe and welcoming, allowing me to relax and fully engage in the healing process. The massage itself was excellent. Multiple modalities were used. I left the session feeling calm, relaxed, and more grounded than I had in a long time. Ludo's technique and intuitive understanding of restorative care made a significant difference in my well-being. I highly recommend Shepherd's Touch to anyone in Cochise County searching for restorative and compassionate care. The experience was transformative, and I am grateful for the level of attention and healing I received. read more

Ludo is a true healer. I received a 90-minute consultation and massage for just $49 during a special--and it was worth every penny. I have a rare chronic condition, and Ludo took the time to research it before our appointment. That kind of thoughtful preparation made me feel genuinely seen and heard. The massage was excellent--I left feeling calm, relaxed, and more grounded. I also used the red light (infrared) therapy, which added a gentle layer of healing without overstimulating my system. They do offer a sauna as well, though I wasn't able to use it due to my condition--but it's great to know they have it for others who can benefit. Ludo's wife Sylvia is a nutritionist, and together they offer a truly holistic approach to wellness. You can tell they care deeply about helping people heal--not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually too. Highly recommend Shepherd's Touch to anyone looking for heart-centered, restorative care in Cochise County. read more

Ludo and Sylvia were like family you haven't seen for awhile and missed. They both are so welcoming and truly love people with the love of God and it shows from the first step into their home to the last step out the door. So how do you think the message would go from a beginning like this. Ludo is professional and extremely talented and well stocked with hot stones, oils, lotions and just the right amount of pressure for the muscle. He checks in and explains what each treatment will do and with skill administers the treatment. Being a pastor I particularly enjoyed our conversation about the scriptures and the Lord throughout the session. Needless to say I will be back. I encourage everyone with pain or just to relax to seek him out. A blessing awaits and you will leave feeling fantastic! Thank you Ludo! read more

Ludo is such an incredible professional and a gem of a human being. He goes above and beyond to serve his clients to a level that no one else can match. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding his area of expertise, and anyone who works with him is in extremely safe and capable hands. Ludo's superpower is that in an era defined by selfishness and ego, he is driven by sincerely caring for people and making the world a better place. I have lived in Europe, Asia and North America and have come across thousands of professionals if not more; no one compares to Ludo and his wife Sylvia. This is an unbiased and 100% honest review meant to guide others to make a life-changing decision of working with them. Go for it, it will be one of your best choices ever :) read more

My wife and I traveled from Washington to Arizona, to stay with Ludo & Sylvia for a Wellness Week, that included daily Swedish, Hot / Cold Stone & deep tissue Massage, Sauna and Cleansing / Detox treatments, Exercise and lifestyle coaching. When it was time to start adding food to the detox formulas and Juices, Sylvia was great too. The meals were very good, atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing . Both are very knowledgeable, experienced, skilled and personable. The high recommendation we got proved to be accurate, and the only regret we have is, they are a 3 day drive away. We will be back, whenever in Arizona. We definitely recommend Ludo, Sylvia and the work they do highly. In addition to relief, we found good friends in them. read more

I received an amazing, healing massage from Ludo. I have had pain from a strain for More than 7 months and in one massage Ludo was able to work it out. Swedish massage, combination of hot Himalayan salt rocks and alternating ice worked magic. He is genuine, caring kind and compassionate. Extremely knowledgeable about the body and starts with a thorough questionnaire and assessment. I met his wife Sylvia briefly and she was equally lovely and seems very knowledgeable about nutrition. I look forward to my next massage. read more
