To treat myself I went to Enjoy and Health and asked for the 45 minute Neck, Back and Shoulders massage. My massage therapist was wonderful, getting out every kink from every muscle. It was closer to a full body massage which felt like an extra. The space was clean, quiet and very relaxing. I will definitely come back the next time I'm working in Sierra Vista!

They had me complete a medical questionnaire which took a couple minutes and then a waiver. Following the paperwork I was led to the massage room which was warm and comfortable. I was instructed on what to do and where everything was located. Once I was on the table the masseuse came back in and began the massage. She asked prior if I had any areas I would want her to focus on and I pick two areas. She did a wonderful job and I felt relaxed once it was completed. She explained the second part was the body scrub and how to prepare and what was expected. This was interesting. It was like rubbing sand all over my arms legs and back then rolled over for chest legs and feet. Once this was complete I went to the shower and rinsed off. Once that was complete location was applied. Following the completion I was very relaxed and my skin felt soft. This was a great two hour decompression and would encourage anyone in the area that has never experienced something like this to call Timeless for a appointment. It's definitely worth it.

Everyone is tucked away in hidden rooms, which makes the space feel fragmented rather than unified. Why doesn't the place just say what it truly is--a suite rental? The business leans on generic buzzwords, leaving it redundant, more like a flea market than a true day spa. If you want a genuine day spa experience, this place is not it.

An isolated time for you to center yourself and come out refreshed…read more Located at a local residence, the owner is very friendly and explains everything before your first time in a sensory deprivation float tank. A list of detailed instructions is sent to you before your first float. The tank water is warm, so you don't notice it as your floating; it was a bit humid feeling at first which took some taking used to but after that it was extremely relaxing floating in the tank and having time to meditate. I imagine if you haven't meditated before, it may be more difficult to enjoy the experience, so I'd recommend doing some practice meditations before.
