I had a very excellent massage from Nick. He is supremely professional while also warm and friendly. It was completely enjoyable and extremely healing. I would recommend his message for just about anyone. he has been a longtime feature of the Bisbee healing scene. I found his rates reasonable. I haven't yet been to his new location but plan to make an appointment soon. I found his old office was charming, clean and comfortable. I had a good first session with Nick a few days ago. He is skilled in the art of massage. Upon entering his studio I removed my shoes out of respect for his massage space. The room was comfortable and set up for optimum relaxation. Quite a bit of the massage though felt like it was work for him or he was distracted which hampered my relaxation. Your experience may be quite different. It may also be that I was a new client and my next session will be better. We all have good days and not so good days, massage therapists are people too. I've had well over 200 massages in the last few years and have experienced this from time to time. I'm on my way soon to visit the delightful little town of Bisbee . First thing I did after setting the reservation, call Nick at Warm hands. It would be pointless to try and say how skilled he is.. I'm a tiny lady with bones like pretzel's. I'm so fragile, I'm afraid I'll get hurt. Several falls rendered me unable to carry on a active life. I visited Warm hands while there. I couldn't believe the results. I was there 4 days . I had Body therapy with Nick two more times. In the shape I was in . The results were nothing less than miraculous.. After I did my intake paperwork Nick asked if I had to go to the bathroom. I told him no because I went just as I was leaving for my appointment. I was visiting Bisbee and was staying at an AirBnb 7 minutes away so it was not more than 30 minutes since I peed. He said it might be worth it to go again because my massage is 90 minutes. It was an uncomfortable silence for about 5 seconds so I told him I guess I'll go if you want me to go. I went into his bathroom and stood in there for about a minute and came back out. I did that because I felt the massage was not going to start unless I proved to Nick I had peed! I felt a bit offended because that's what we say to children who are being potty trained! We started the massage and it was good but for as many years experience as he claims he has I was expecting more in-depth techniques like using elbows for deeper trigger point. I felt okay afterwards but would not label it "best" massage I've ever had. I gave him a $20 tip but that's because I always tip people who work in the service sector. I respect their endeavors for earning a living. I was afraid to say how I really felt afterwards and the conversation afterwards naturally went to where was I visiting from and then he let me know he would be in my area in a couple months so I said how do I know when you'll be in town? Thinking he'd say his website would have the dates. Just making small talk but instead he got out his calendar book and made me an appointment. I know this is passive aggressive behavior but I didn't expect to get this far. LOL! I have to cancel my future appointment. LOL! Anyway, just want to post my honest review. read more

Wow, no reviews for this place? Really? I know for a fact that a lot of locals go here, and with good reason. Massages are something of a luxury for me. I can't afford to get them very often, but I do so love them, so when I do get them I want to be certain it's from someone who knows what they're doing. Nick Night, the sole therapist for Warm Hands Therapeutics, absolutely knows what he is doing. Just in case the rows and rows of certifications on his waiting-room wall (or the fact that he's often out of town to either take or teach classes) aren't enough to convince you, fifteen minutes on the table will absolutely do the trick. He's not big on social talk (though he encourages feedback), but his technique - an eclectic combination of Swedish, Thai, Shiatsu, and a few techniques I don't recognize - will have you melting into a little puddle right there on the table. His office isn't fancy, but he's obviously taken some time and effort to create a peaceful space, and it shows - even just sitting in the waiting area while my friend was in was a serenity-inducing experience. Top it off with very reasonable pricing and some of the most consistent customer service I've had in Bisbee, and I can't describe how pleased I am to have this place nearby, even if I wish I could afford to go more often. read more

I was visiting from out-of-state and had a very sore back. My friend had recommended Nicholas highly, so I emailed to see if he could squeeze me in. Sure enough, he did have a time available the next morning! The hour spent with Nicholas was amazing. I have not felt that relaxed in ages. He played light meditative music while he massaged my pain away. Although I usually use a cane, I felt like I could bounce up or down the stairs after my session with him. I recently made an appointment to have a massage for some minor shoulder issues. It was easy to schedule the appointment bu phone with him. When i arrived for the appointment he was ready when i arrived. I had no wait time. I felt comfortably immediately. Because i had a specific issue we discussed body mechanics perhaps more than in a regular session. I feel the session was indeed tailored to my needs. I am a massage therapist. I was trained to be very gentle and careful of people's necks, due to the delicacy of the thyroid. Nick worked intensely on my neck during an extended massage session. (I've hired him twice) It was too much. His commanding presence with a strong ego intimidated me. I finally said "that hurts" and asked him to work on my back instead. Therapists will sit down to work on your neck when they are tired, since the neck is an easy to reach, and small to touch area. Now I have serious thyroid problems. I believe I was damaged by "warm hands." Nick is very strong, popular, and knowledgeable and teaches others at various venues. He also needs to learn. Tuning in to a client is crucial. Total confusion on appt time. Texted Nicholas day before to confirm time. He responded. Told me to arrive @ 945 for 1000am appt to complete in take paper work. 955am i text. ' Im here'..i arrived at 940am. Nothing. 957am i call Nicholas. Give me a minute!! was his response ...he arrived shorty after with another man. Nicholas stated he was very worked up over the meeting they had just had..nodded to me. I followed him to his office. He said we would bypass the paper work and get started. I got naked on the table under the sheet and he came in. He was looking at his calender saying today is thursday right??...no it it wednesday i told him. He said welll ive over booked. Cue in the other 10am appt. Nicholas said We are going to have to reschedule your appt. and left the room. I got dressed!!!! Walked into waiting room where he was deep in conversation with the woman he was about to massage. NO APOLOGIES..NO DAMAGE CONTROL. Basically get out. I had an incredible massage with Nick Night. Intuitive, deep and therapeutic. Nick created space in my body (hands, neck and hips) where I had been tight and congested. I really appreciated his minimal use of lubricant and his ability to open up my fascia.
