This is my go-to when I have any onset illness. They are open 7 days a week and since moving here…read moreis the only place I go that isn't a specialty doctor. There's no appointments but you can do the preregistration online to save time as well as view the wait times. There are 2 doctors I normally see, Dr Kelly and Dr Yi. Both are great. They spend time with you and go over your concerns. This last time I ran into a little trouble - apparently UHC does maintenance on Sundays, so they charge a flat rate of $50 because they can't run your insurance. I was told to call and they would rerun it and send whatever you were owed back to your card-- so don't get sick on Sunday's haha. The office staff is helpful if you have to call and get a follow up or refill a prescription. I know I need to get a PCP eventually, but it's nice knowing this place is right down the street when I need it.

To see so many positive reviews of this location is frankly infuriating. This is not an urgent care…read moreyou should take yourself nor your loved ones too. They are not there to give you an earnest diagnosis, they want to get you in and out the door as quickly as possible to cash in on your insurance. My brother in law went in with severe abdominal pain, extremely high blood pressure and heart-rate, a fever and several other conditions that were obviously severe in nature. They sent him home within a few minutes of looking at him despite the severity of his symptoms. Within 24 hours, he was dead. The hospital was shocked and confused as to how appropriate medical attention was not taken a day earlier. Keep in mind he was very young (40) and in good shape-- it was determined he had experienced organ failure over several days which ultimately killer him. How a "urgent care" could be so shockingly obtuse is more than incompetence or negligent. It's genuinely evil. I will be telling everyone far and wide to avoid this location at all costs, if they had done their job he would still be alive. Horrifying.

I've never met a doctor willing to do that. After that encounter with him I decided to book another appt to see how he could help me with my chronic pain. So far so good. My pain is controlled without overdoing it and without oxy- exactly what I had asked for. He even helped fight the insurance company and advocate for me when they didn't want to cover my RX. I then asked if he would be willing to take on my mother- an addiction patient with a very complicated history. He agreed and became her primary care. My mother is combative, emotional, suffers from borderline personality and she was confrontational with Dr. Shemiranei. I asked her to calm down and give him a chance. He was very patient with her and she felt compelled to open up with him and tell him the truth. Some addicts never admit their truths and that was the first time I ever heard my mother admit her addiction and suicide attempts. Lots of closure for me. Dr. Shemiranei not only helped her with her prescriptions but also set her up for preventative care, mammogram, bone density scan, cardiologist etc. Whatever your needs -I'm sure APMUC can help or refer you to someone who can

I just recently had reached out to them regarding a need that technically their prices doesn't provide, however, they still were able to prove to me how much they care about their patients by listening to my difficult situation, attempting to problem solve with proper resources and avenues, and gave a referral to another organization that was in their repertoire of networking which was so mind blowing! However, upon having two instances where the services I desperately needed were pushed aside at this location, I contacted Pineapple again with desperation and asked what can I do?! Without hesitation, my case manager was able to get in contact with a more reputable source, have them push the urgency of my case to initiate that person reach out to their supervisor, get back to me with approval to give my info to them, and then provide me with that persons contact info in less than 30 min! Truly appreciate all of the extra effort and the continuous 5 star care I've received here and plan to continue going here for the foreseeable future. Thanks everyone at Pineapple Healthcare!

Specialists include Breast Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, Urogynecology, Hematology, and Physical Therapy. Some other health related services coming soon are Heart Care, Gastroenterology, Medical Oncology, and Spine Care. I'm not one who loves going to the doctor or shifting my schedule around at work for a bunch of doctor appointments; however, I've had no issues working with staff to coordinate an appointment for my specific needs. What's really great about this location is that if your doctor orders up bloodwork during your visit, staff can perform the bloodwork on the first floor and they can usually get you in right away. The health park is very new and it is kept spotless. There is also a coffee shop on the first floor if you need a pick-me-up while you wait or on the go. Another great thing about this location is there is an emergency room right next to this building, so if you are having an emergency you don't have to go far. All-in-all, I recommend this new facility. If you are in need of any services noted above, this might be the place for you.
