After he got a scope of what's happening, he sent me to get a MRI at a imaging center to get a detail full scale of what's happening. After the result got back, it turns out the disk slip and it was hitting the nerves on my right leg. He recommended me to get an epidural injection in his clinic. Now it's one day after the injection, although it's still a little sore from it, my back is pain free and I could walk normal again. Definitely recommend Dr. Nwaogwugwu to my friends and families.

It is so upsetting that the front office staff have no clue that when a patient has multiple insurances and you can't bill the primary insurance you can bill the secondary insurance. My sister has Medicare because she had dialysis and has Cigna as her secondary and it's commercial insurance from her job. Which your office does take Cigna. I have billed secondary insurance plans several times within the past 8 years and get always paid since it's in network, probably because I'm not incompetent and know what I'm doing. Having incompetent people in healthcare and not knowing what to do and yell at the patient when the patient is trying to educate your front desk staff, and mind you I'm a provider who is educating them as well as advocating for my ill little sister who has been screwed with our healthcare system again due to incompetence. Please educate your front desk staff as they really don't know anything about medical billing and coding. And all this incompetence prevents sick patients from being seen. Just ridiculous. I will never ever refer any of my patients, family or friends to this office as it seems the front desk staff doesn't care much for a people especially sick people.

I did and never got a call about them receiving the blood work. Covid started shutting things down so I just figured nothing was wrong or I would've gotten a call. Now in May 2021 I get an automated call about an appointment I did not make. I called to reschedule it since I am out of town. I asked if they had the results and would be able to go over them only to be told they couldn't give results over the phone. That didn't answer my question and they just cancelled the appointment. Also they hang up on me all the time when I called. When I did get someone on the phone I would be placed on hold for minimum of 10 mins.
