Four ladies were present and on their computer and I told them I was placed on hold for a total of 32 minutes and none of them had patients in front of them to justify keeping me on hold , it was intentional on their behalf . The call would ring and placed me back on hold , I hung up and called back and a voice quickly said " please hold " and it was done more than once . Office manager showed up and as I was trying to explain the situation, needless to say , she gave me a clipboard and walked of , very dismissive with zero interest in what I wanted to communicate, which was my frustration due to their lack of customer service skills. I can see why the ladies at the front showed no interest in picking up the phone after placing me on hold repeatedly.
