They…read morecanceled my appointment and I was on hold for a total of 32 minutes , I got there while still on hold and placed the phone on speaker so that they can see that I'm still on hold . Four ladies were present and on their computer and I told them I was placed on hold for a total of 32 minutes and none of them had patients in front of them to justify keeping me on hold , it was intentional on their behalf . The call would ring and placed me back on hold , I hung up and called back and a voice quickly said " please hold " and it was done more than once . Office manager showed up and as I was trying to explain the situation, needless to say , she gave me a clipboard and walked of , very dismissive with zero interest in what I wanted to communicate, which was my frustration due to their lack of customer service skills. I can see why the ladies at the front showed no interest in picking up the phone after placing me on hold repeatedly. I'm currently seeking a primary care and you guessed it, after telling them that I would , they simply carried on with their day . This office has officially gone down the drain , it was never like that several years ago .

He did not help at all and insisted, all in front of my mother in law, her memory loss, ability to balance, not able to recall objects in a short amount of time, etc. was due to her age. Long story short, I received other professional help from three doctors who all assessed her the same - dementia. Plus, she was over medicated and given an anti-drepressant for arthritis. When the homehealth care nurse questioned him about this, he was very unprofessional to the nurse because she questioned him. I would not recommend him to anyone. They are terrible with returning phone calls and making home visits when promised. He does not diagnose correctly at times. Furthermore, she was recently admitted to the hospital with the hospital having her follow up with Dr. Painter. He has refused to see her so his oath to take care of the well being and health of patients is not true. He gets a BIG -0 for a rating from me.

Too often some female staff do not provide clear, accurate information in a friendly manner,…read moreespecially in phone calls. There's very little interest or ownership to get answers for the patient. And forget about any rapport from them. Supervisors defend them when patients bring this issue up. Explains why their patient satisfaction scores are only 3.5/5.0.

The appointment was quick, thorough and very smooth. I had a follow-up appointment for blood work before heading into work so I was a little nervous about being late. Miguel was an amazing help to me. He gave me advice and I was in and out SO fast. I also must mention Brandy (my flobotonist(?)) was also over the top friendly and so warm and welcoming.
