His office staff is also really amazing and they are so good about both having to book emergency appointments or schedule bookings at the last minute. I've been going to Dr Levine since 2005, and just a yearly visit absolutely helps keep my back and spine in good shape! Even after moving away, whenever I'm in Orlando, I make a booking to see Brad Levine! Dr Levine's spinal manipulation is quick, gentle and pain free. I really like how holistic he is in his approach and he starts off looking at the neck, before moving to the spine. My lower back pain just straightaway went away after a visit and I am so grateful to have my mobility range restored! Absolutely recommend and this is the chiropractic doctor for me! Unfortunately, my first experience was very disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM. By 5:45 PM, I still had not been seen or given an update about the delay. I could hear other patients being checked in and taken to the back, so I eventually stepped out of the room to find out what was going on. One of the representatives asked if I was waiting for the doctor, and I explained that I had been waiting since 4:30. Another representative apologized for the wait and explained that the patients being seen before me were established patients who were there for physical therapy or follow-up appointments. When I was asked if I wanted to reschedule, I declined and explained that this was not a good first impression and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. What was also disappointing was that no one appeared to communicate my concerns to the doctor or let the doctor know that I had left. Unfortunately, this was not a good overall experience, especially for a first-time patient coming in for a consultation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
