I am originally from CT. I have traveled extensively and have been seen by more than 8 chiropractors in my life. I have had some good experiences with the Doctors I was adjusted by but over past 3 years I had extreme pain developing into my hip area. I work out three days a week but the pain was increasing and I developed a limp. I was actually seen by 2 chiropractors. One in CT who scheduled an MRI and another here in FL. The MRI was negative and the Chiropractors kept telling me it was a condition I may just have to live with. I decided to try Dr Pegan. Everyone in the office is very professional and helpful. I was amazed at how quickly Dr Pegan was able to listen to my history and quickly move to the adjusting faze. Many Chiropractors go through the motions and will adjust you no matter what but Dr Pegan educates you as he proceeds and is able to do what many other Chiropractors were not able to do. Although he is young his understanding of Chiropractic and body movement is way beyond his years. He was able to get me back to normal in a fraction of the time others have tried and then focused on my hip issue. He suggested adjustments to coincide with massage with David one of several massage therapists. Originally I kind of scoffed but in one session of adjustment and massage the pain in my hip was decreased by almost 100%. 3 years of agonizing pain that most likely could have been avoided. I can't thank Dr Pegan and David enough for their help and dedication to helping me decrease my pain and to help me to stop limping. I cannot give enough high praise for Heathrow Chiropractic and their commitment to bettering the lives of their patients! I have been a patient for many years now and have been seen for everything including regular maintenance adjustments, treatments related to when I was rear ended in an accident and had neck and back issues afterwards, and for maintenance massage therapy to keep my body in a pain free state. Dr. Pegan and Dr. Auchter are a huge factor in why I can stand tall on any given day. I can't tell you the number of times that I've been at a 10 out of 10 on pain scale and they know just how to fix me to make my better so that I can stop being in pain. Dr. Pegan is the absolute best Chiropractor around! I've seen several other chiropractors over the years and he tops them all! I started seeing a chiropractor because of frequent headaches after weight lifting. I then had back to back pregnancies and really needed help with my low back pain. Now I go about once a month for maintenance. When I walked into Heathrow Chiropractic for the first time I was greeted promptly by a friendly front desk person. I was checked quickly and asked to go into the exam room. Upon waking back I noticed how nice and homey the office is. It was very clean as well. Dr. Pegan saw me in the exam room in less than a few minutes. He is very personable and professional. After doing my initial exam and taking x-rays I was asked to have a seat so Dr. Pegan could look over my x-rays. He then took me into his office and we talked about my x-rays and he adjusted me. (He really does a fantastic neck adjustment) Afterwards I went to the therapy room with Linda, who is also a chiropractor, and did e-stem on my low back. They also let me sit in the massage chair which is totally amazing!!!! Checking out was very easy. They girls had my insurance all squared away and they had a care plan set for me from Dr. Pegan. They made my follow up appointments and I was on my way!!! Feeling good! Overall, I would give Heathrow Chiropractic 20 stars if I could. I really appreciate great care, which I always receive there, but outstanding service is a major plus too! And Heathrow Chiropractic really stands out in that aspect. I've never been to a chiropractic office like this one. I am writing this review early in my treatment precisely because it's early, and I have experienced relief. I'm sure like most, they are professional and courteous, but I have found this team to be skillful and efficient, and interested in healing as quickly as the body can heal. Their treatment plans make sense and they are not drawn out any longer than necessary. Many chiropractors know only one way to treat patients, and they have you coming back twice a week for the rest of your life. Dr. Auchter explained my diagnosis and outlined the treatment plan which included that if I responded well to treatment they would *decrease* the number of my visits. Aside from the excellent care of Dr. Auchter on my first visit, the other thing that stood out to me was everyone in the office - staff and patients alike - was happy. No one seemed to have a grouch on, and they were quite busy that day. If you want the best, stop looking and give them a call. read more

I have been going to Heathrow Chiropractic since they open their doors. Over those years I have only been treated poorly once and let's just say Dr Pagan doesn't play that and that person wasn't there the next time I came back. Although I have not had Dr. Pagan (which I prefer) adjust me in quite sometime the other Dr's there have treated me well. Yes they all seem to have their own techniques, which I personally like. When/if I do find myself there it's bc I'm at very high pain level, even after a disc fusion. Although I'm aware none can 100% take my pain away, I always walk out feeling 75-80% pain relief and refreshed. I can stand up straight when I walk out instead of hunched over as I often do when I walk in. This is the only chiropractor office I go to. I honestly don't go enough, but I'm always immediately welcomed and seen, with or without an appointment. I'm proud of your success and the relief you give to our community Dr., thank you. read more

When I moved down from New York I was very worried about finding a Chiropractor that met up to the standards I was used to up north. I loved my chiro in NY, I saw him regularly for 12 years. After going to a few offices around Lake Mary I was feeling very disappointed. I fianlly came to Heathrow Chiropractic and am absolutly blown away with Dr. Pegans adjustments. He is the best Chiropractor I have ever been to. My back pain worries are finally gone and I couldn't be happier. Not only is Dr. Pegan a fantastic adjuster, he is a good family man. I was referred to Heathrow Chiropractic's Dr. Pegan by my boss. It has been an amazing experience. I was in extreme pain with my first ever pinched nerve in my upper left back area. The pain literally took my breath away. My first visit included X-rays and a diagnosis, treatment, and an adjustment. The intensity and length of the spasms reduced immediately after my first visit. The additional visits/treatment has continued to decrease the pain and intensity. So far I have only had 4 appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Pegan and his practice.
