The care at Encompass from the nursing staff was prompt and very caring towards my husband. He fractured his pelvis and hip and required a lot of assistance at first. The PT department quickly showed him how to navigate his injury and become mobile again! Can't say enough about their expertise! All call lights were promptly answered by any team member who was walking by and this was incredible! The food was also good which pleased my husband as well. However, Lorena in case management is a GEM! Things kind of got confusing as we were ready to leave as none of the main items we needed at home (bedside commode, wheelchair) were ordered for us. However, Lorena (not our original case manager) stepped in and solved the problem efficiently within 24 hours. Most of them are, they are the ones booked up. A plus is you get to change the therapist you work with if you prefer another. This particular site caters to elderly people. If you have a job and you have to commute with the possibility of being 15 minutes late, go to another facility. You will wait in the lobby if you're on time, but their policy has a 10 minute window where most are 15. Even though that is the policy, a second after 8 minutes you will receive a call asking you to move the already awkwardly booked appointment in your busy day. You could be in the parking lot they don't care. If you don't have a full schedule, if you can come and sit in the lobby and catch up, this is the place for you.
