If you have a job and you have to commute with the possibility of being 15 minutes late, go to another facility. You will wait in the lobby if you're on time, but their policy has a 10 minute window where most are 15. Even though that is the policy, a second after 8 minutes you will receive a call asking you to move the already awkwardly booked appointment in your busy day. You could be in the parking lot they don't care. If you don't have a full schedule, if you can come and sit in the lobby and catch up, this is the place for you.

She made the appointment for me and when I showed up to be considered as a walk in a day early, she was able to put me on the schedule. I was treated by Dr. Mason and he was great! He is thorough when he reviews your paperwork and asks questions to understand how he can make you feel better.
