As a result of the clog, our driveway was flooded and it came close to flooding our garage floors, Advantage sent to service guys the day after I called, and a separate truck with a huge pump and power spraying capability. They used the up to 8000psi pump to shot a powerful stream of water into both ends of the drain tile. It took about 45 minutes to unclog and clean the tile. They used all of their 400 gallon water tank and did a great job! About $600.

I had the pipes replaced under my toilet in 2016 because I had a city sewer pipe replaced and the…read morepipes under the toilet needed updating. I recently decided to redo my bathroom and when my current contractor went into the crawlspace to look at things he noticed that the main pipe (the one that was replaced) had a crack in it and someone tried to put some kind of putty or whatever to cover it up or try to seal it (no one has done work on my toilet since then). I've unknowingly had a small leak down there for years due to this crack! I looked through my receipts (yes, I save everything related to my house) to see who the plumbing company was and it was PAE Plumbing. Gee, thanks for charging me hundreds of dollars and not fixing the pipe that you cracked! What a disgrace of a company for not correcting your mistake! I learned my lesson--- I need pictures of all finished work especially in the crawlspace. I'd give you -20 if I could.

The only reason they're getting four stars (or maybe 3¾...not sure how to rate this) is that somebody wasn't quite paying attention and hooked up the wrong water lines to the wrong handles. If it was more frequently used, I'd probably give them a lower rating, but that tub has always filled so slowly that it's long been delegated to "utility" status (i.e. used for filling humidifiers and that sort of thing)--we didn't even notice the problem for a month! Kind of hard to fault them for such a little problem!
