BUT, some of his front line staff is anything but. in particular, there's a male staffer that sometimes answers the phone that is rude, arrogant and wants to be seen as in charge. If you are concerned with your health, stand clear of this establishment! This office has been terrible to deal with from the beginning of my father learning he may have prostate cancer. They did bloodwork and found abnormalities, then did a biopsy. The biopsy showed it was cancer however, they couldn't move forwards without an MRI. Per UVA, the MRI should have been before biopsies because the incisions had to heal before the MRI could be conducted. Because this backwards approach by this "doctor" the MRI was postponed for months until the incisions healed. Then, Shenandoah Urologist abruptly canceled the MRI, and then when it finally happened, they never called with the results. My dad showed up to an appointment to learn they canceled it without notice. The receptionist claimed to have left a message, but there never was one. Then they setup a video visit, the doctor didn't show up. Once he finally got his results after weeks of calling, they sent him to UVA. My elderly mother and father drove hours down there for an appointment that was pointless because Shenandoah Urologist never sent over his complete paperwork, although UVA showed proof they had sent MULTIPLE requests to Shenandoah Urologist asking for the pathology results from the biopsy. Multiple requests went unanswered! So, now my dad is waiting again to have an appointment with UVA to determine next steps, but just wait on Shenandoah Urologist to do their job and sent over his complete files. If your parent may be ill, go somewhere that cares, has attentive doctors, and follows through on their job. It's peoples lives they're toying with. Shame on this business. This is Urology clinic yet you'll never see an actual Urologist. Instead you'll get passed around to several different NP who don't know what they're doing and loosely communicate with the actual Urologist who must be so busy not helping patients. They're not interested in treating any conditions, Moreno they just send you for bloodwork, bill you ad nauseum for an indefinite time. If drugs can't successfully treat ED then that should be a sign that they aren't working and more invasive procedures are required. Seems the only good reviews are from those who get vasectomy. I was told before my appointment that I would owe nothing and that they checked with my insurance. I double and triple checked and was reassured that I would not owe. I am now being sent to collections for an $800 bill that I shouldn't have. These people are crooks and will lie to you to get you on the hook for a bill. Dr. Geib is the best! He performed a vasectomy on me and I absolutely felt no pain! I am 4 days out of surgery and had just a very little bit of spotted blood, no swelling at all and no bruising. I followed all pre and post procedure instructions but i feel as if i haven't had surgery at all! His conversation during the procedure totally put me at ease! I wish I could give him six stars! I've been a patient for 4 years. Dr. Geib saw me twice. The office is total Kaas. After 8 months of wrong billing and wrong codes I have paid over 700$ out of pocket. Billing is in India where I was robbed ever further. As a loyal patient I was treated like dirt and denied decency. I feel disgusted and literally ill from my treatment. This has NEVER happened before with any other office. I highly recommend to avoid Dr. Geib's practice. Btw after twice with Geib you'll be sent to a practitioner with out warning. Dr. Geib was amazing. I had a vasectomy and he took plenty of time talking to me to make sure I understood what was happening. The procedure was completely painless. I have been a patient of Dr. Richman for a few years and am truly pleased with the services and professionalism he provides. Dr Richman and his staff are great people to work with and are very knowledgeable about what they do. SUS will do everything they can to help support all their patients and are always accessible for emergency issues. They helped correct a problem I had filling a prescription at Walgreens which allowed me to not miss any treatments. I have been a patient of Dr. Geib for the past two years since my relocation to West Virginia. For the first two years I was very pleased. Although I haven't been thrilled dealing with the reception/scheduling staff, my experience with Dr Geib himself was exceptional. My latest appointment was this past Friday at 9:00 AM. When the staff called to confirm my appointment I was told my appointment time was now 9:20, but I was never told I would not be meeting with Dr. Geib for this appointment. I arrived at 9:00 AM which was my original appointment time, and was not called in till 10:15 AM. I felt rushed by the PA who was obviously running way behind schedule. I had come with test results I wanted to discuss with Dr. Geib and obviously never had the opportunity. I welcome discussing my experience with Dr. Geib. read more

This is by far the best urologic practice in town. I used to be a patient at the big group in Winchester. The doctors were arrogant and the staff was rude. I had a far better medical experience with SUS. Dr. Richman is very professional but I can have a normal conversation with the guy. He's not arrogant in the least. His staff is very friendly and caring. If you need a urologist my advice is to go to this practice, hands down. read more
