My best friend contacted her own physician, who happened to be Dr. Thomas and got me in for an appointment with no problem! My first visit was quick and straightforward. He got all the info he needed from me. They contacted my previous medical group and had my records sent to them and put in my referrals to all the specialists I needed to see. Dr. Thomas seems nice and caring towards his patients and the staff is very helpful and efficient. Since I have seen him twice now, I noticed that the office has done good follow through and makes good on their promises to take care of things! I can generally get an appointment pretty quick. Her nurses are super friendly and the facility is clean and new. She takes time to come in the exam room and sits down and asks how I'm doing. What's troubling me, how I feel. She never scolds me but gives me useful suggestions. I feel she cares about my health. She doesn't throw a lot of medical jargon at me or make me feel unimportant or rush me out. I referred my co workers to her and even my mom. They all have had great things to say.
