If you don't have a family doctor or you don't want to go to the ER then you can go to any urgent care St. Luke's has two or three in Cedar Rapids, and Mercy has two or three in Cedar Rapids. Your location…read more I seen Dr. Wollner in May of 2020 with a severe rash on my scalp, kneck face, and arms along with hair loss. After two visits and a biopsy performed by him that took months to heal his diagnosis was basically he did not know? Two years of Dr. Visits, E.R. visits, mental and physical health issues and virtually all my hair falling out accompanied by this destroying my life I did my own testing with an independent lab. While waiting for the results I seen Dr. Wollner again in June 2022, only to be patronized and shooshed off with some ridiculous diagnosis in which is so far from the correct one it is absurd. I received the results back from the lab Dr. Wollner. Shame on you for having such a god like complex and refusing to listen to a patient. Your lack of knowledge and lack of listening skills caused me two years of unnecessary pain, ridicule and losing not on myself, but my looks have diminished my mental health has been affected, I have lost jobs because of this, it has affected my sobriety and just in general I have become a recluse compared to a once outgoing and beautiful woman. This has damaged all relationships in my life and the blame goes directly onto you for your idiotic diagnosis not once but twice. I want others to know to not be intimidated by doctors like you and I use that term doctor very loosely in reference to you. To listen to what your body is telling you and do not give up. You should very much so lose your medical license over this Dr. Wollner. The only person that even remotely listened to me was your Medical Assistant. She was kind and very empathetic. I hope she finds a more suitable fit with a medical office that listens to patients. I would have put zero stars if I could have. Oh, by the way .. it was fungal!
