I have had several health issues recently and needed to get on this right away. My best friend contacted her own physician, who happened to be Dr. Thomas and got me in for an appointment with no problem! My first visit was quick and straightforward. He got all the info he needed from me. They contacted my previous medical group and had my records sent to them and put in my referrals to all the specialists I needed to see. Dr. Thomas seems nice and caring towards his patients and the staff is very helpful and efficient. Since I have seen him twice now, I noticed that the office has done good follow through and makes good on their promises to take care of things! I can already feel that I can trust Dr. Thomas and his staff. This is the reason I decided to stay with Dr. Thomas as my Primary Care Physician. He is caring and he listens well! And he seems to be confident in getting to the root of a problem. He is amazing -- friendly, takes plenty of time (as much as you want), knows his stuff, makes accurate diagnoses, is conservative in treatment which I like, and knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone. The only thing I don't like is that he is affiliated with Mercy instead of UIHC.
