As many of the others said, this place has the lowest gas prices in town. It's funny because drive a block and you'll see a closed shell gas station right before the 605 NB that has the highest gas prices in town. I come here all the time for my fill-up. The problem is that after 5:00 and sometimes during the lunch hour this place can get pretty crowded. Because people are constantly backing in and backing out you can even sometimes get stuck at a service station because the person in front of you backed into the station in front of you and there are 4 people waiting behind you. It's impossible. I don't understand why gas stations don't wise up to the way Costco organizes gas. It's way easier. Aside from that, there is a convenient subway that I would never recommend, nor would I recommend ever going into the convenient store. My guess is that that's how they make the difference from the low price. Is by gouging you on chips and candy. Secondly, this is the only gas station I know that cuts me off before my gas tank is full. They'll actually fill it up 3/4 of the tank and then stop. So I start up my engine, realize my tank isn't completely full, then decide whether to wait another half hour to fill up or to go somewhere else to top off. read more

Go-to place for gas, but oh my goodness, this Shell gives me anxiety lol. This place is always poppin'... so many cars everywhere. I feel like I'm going to get into an accident every time I'm here. Also, put in your credit card with the magnetic strip facing the left side. I never put it in correctly and it takes forever to reset to the original screen. read more

This place has some of the best prices in town and I used to go here all the time. But I've noticed that the quality of their gas is suspect at times, and maybe that comes with the cost of lower gas prices. My car doesn't accelerate very well and my gas mileage is decreasing. The other gripe that I have recently is they didn't have V Power (premium) the last 3 times I went to fill up, and several of their pumps would not work! I'll probably go back eventually and see if they cleaned up their act, but for the time being I'd rather go to the Chevron across the street with more pumps, and easier access. I've spent more than enough of my money here and if I were to review this place based on the last 3 years, I would have given this place 4-5 stars. But lately it has been a big disappointed. read more

This tends to be the cheapest gas station in the area, while still being in the "top tier" brand. Which is cool, but the waits can get terrible. I don't go here often, and usually only because I'm in Walnut visiting friends/girlfriend. Every time I go, the bathroom key seems to be either lost or unavailable. And, at one point, on a Tuesday, I waited almost 20 minutes for a chance at a pump! Yikes! At least it's really close to all freeways! And with Yelp monocle, it seems there some really good eats that I haven't tried yet within a mile of the station! :3 read more

Beware! There is a catch. Price is "cheap" gets one star. But the price on the billboard might not be the real price you pay, so better check before you start fueling. The rest is... horrible! It's always crowded and cars in all directions. Employee is rude. The old man Johnny has hearing problem and put the wrong pump for my prepaid money. He didn't apologize but claimed that I told him the wrong pump number and there was nothing he could do. Then when my husband went to ask him, he claimed that it was some other employee who did that! He didn't care much. When we asked to speak to his manager, he said we can go back any time to complain to his manager but the manager was not in at that time. So that means I paid for nothing, and maybe someone got free gas??? Will never go there again!!! read more

This place is a total scam. They provide dirt cheap gas but their gas pumps are either broken or rigged. I've tried 3 machines and all 3 of the gas pumps stop pumping after a few seconds as you need to keep clicking the pump every few seconds. I don't know whether this is a trick for the gas station to provide fewer gasoline per pump or all their pumps are broken. Either way, fix your pumps or don't open a gas station! read more

Apparently the system for Fuel Rewards doesn't work here, either at the pump or inside, 'cause I tried both. (The cashier was completely oblivious to the situation when I mentioned it to her, which didn't help either.) If you're looking to either earn or redeem FR credit (e.g. the 10-cent V-Power offer going on right now), I recommend the Shell further up the 60/57 off of Diamond Bar Blvd. read more

Worst service and attitude was received from the bald Asia casher guy, he is bad in math and memory, that's why he always pretend he is busy, make all the customer stay long line, to cover that, he yell on customer to act like customers are bothering him. He also like to give you small bill change, when the tray have $10, he will give you 2 $5 instead, he won't give u the $10 even you ask, I suggest people to use high cash back credit card at the pump instead of paying cash, unless you really care the little price difference. read more

My favorite place to get gas! It seems to be the cheapest gas in this area...plus its competing with like 2 other gas stations, so they are all the same price. It just really depends on you and I choose shell hahah! It does get super crowded on certain times of the day...so best bet is to go either in the early morning or late late at night! read more

*Warning* Be careful using your credit card to buy gas at this location. My credit card was compromised after I swiped my credit card at the pump. This is the 3rd time it happened with my three different credit cards all started from this station. My recent fraud confirmed my suspicion about the origin of how someone got credit card #. I received my Citi/Costco card which became valid on June 20. My first purchase was at this gas station on June 24, and on June 28 someone used my credit card # to make several purchases. Thank goodness Citi fraud department called to verify the transactions on large amount but a few small amount went through which is being investigated. read more

Cheapest gas that I know anywhere in SoCal if you pay cash!! For this reason there might be a line so I suggest you go early morning or late nights to fill up. Good thing it's kinda by my house~! read more

Do not buy gas at this station. 4 members of my family have been hacked. I called them today and the attendant hung up on me and refused to give me the owners name. Gas is at a low price but not worth the lack of security. Stay away! read more

This gas station consistently has the least expensive prices for gas in the area. It's also conveniently located right off the 57 freeway. The city location is not correct on yelp; I believe it's located in Diamond Bar and not Walnut. I've been filling up here since 2000 and I still go here when I'm visiting my parents in Diamond Bar. This Asian middle age guy behind the counter is unbelievably rude. He's name is Henry and when I asked him to double check my powerball ticket cuz the first time the machine didn't read it, he yelled at me telling me go somewhere else and stop wasting his time. Very packed and congested, but where I live it is the highest quality gas for the cheapest price.
